The egg white turkey bacon and cheddar sandwich looks delicious ? on the menu board but when i got it was the saddest ?sandwich ever! I see that toast is just a code word for microwave … and while I’m at it, can we get window reps that don’t have an arm reach of a t-rex? ?

Every time i get my coffee they never make it the right way it's mostly made out of water then the actual base. I spend my money on coffee that doesn't taste good.

You can't buy an extra cup? Ok. No problem...I went to treat myself while still adhering to my special diet. I knew it was a risk, but I decided to try. This experience has ended my business with Starbucks.I must first say thank you to the guy who patiently took my order. I explained that I had a unique situation and he did his best to accommodate me. Unfortunately, it went downhill from there.It's not always what you say but also how things are said. As, I stated I had a special circumstance ( I need to add additions to my drink). I walked down to the end of the counter and began to prepare my portion of the drink. I was asked to move to a table or to the very end of the counter. I did it with no problem and understood why; however, the vibe felt negative.Once my order was made, I saw that I would not have room to add additions to the drink they made (I explained this to the first guy but I don't think it made it down the line). I asked the closest barista can I have a cup. She said, "No, I can't give you one." I said, "Ok, can I buy a cup?" She said, "No. They can only be for what they are used for." I said, "No problem, not your fault." I grabbed my things and left.I am not sure why I was denied the option of buying a cup, but I now understand that Starbucks cannot service me. I am left feeling like they didn't want to deal with me as a unique customer.

The gouda, bacon, egg, cheese, sandwich I bought this morning looked hopeless, tasted just okay. I wouldn't want it again. But this is my first time ordering food from this location. Service was fantastic, as it has been all other times I've ordered coffee from here.

Favorite Starbucks around! These folks really put a smile on your face and are super attentive. They have a huge interior, great to sit and read or work. These folks are also super speedy! I never have to wait for my mobiles when I arrive, they have it prepped and ready to go so quickly, food too! Highly recommend this store.

Three stars for their service. Why does this Starbucks have to close at 8 PM? If this Starbucks was open later, it could get more business. The baristas are friendly but beware: At closing time of 8 PM the baristas run everyone out of the store. Why do the baristas have to be on the unfriendly side of things at closing? Starbucks also needs to do something about their drive thru. I have seen cars line up for Starbucks, spilled out into the right northbound lane of 4 St N. Something to think about if you have to be somewhere on time, such as work.

UPDATE 1:Spoke to Area Starbucks Manager regarding unpleasant experience at:8801 4th St N, St. Petersburg, FL 337021. He promised to review the security video to see if his Barista/employees were polite or if they mocked me and my disability when I came back to retrieve my cane had left in their store.2. And Micah also said that I didn’t order incorrectly on the Mobile App.I have been ordering the same drink for YEARS and never been told I didn’t place my order correctly. (This morning the barista implied I didn’t order the coffee I want correctly and would only make my coffee unless I gave her more $$$$$.3. The area manager also said he would call me back after he reviews the security video.4. I will give an update after his return call.Parking: It is very difficult to impossible to park your car or back car out of Parking when the drive-thru is full.

Chelsea, a very large/heavyset Barista/manager is rude, loud and mean to customers.AND a BIG CHELSEA made fun of me/Mocked the fact I’m disabled when I returned to retrieve my “mobility device- a cane” I left at the store... I was so embarrassed by her rudeness I dropped my stick and just left it there in the store until I calmed down. 15 minutes later I went back into the store and asked for my cane , she pretended they didn’t have my cane or knew what I was talking about. Thank God another employee stepped up and said they had my cane and gave it back to me.

Long lines for drive through, but that's any Starbucks. Parking lot it small so a tad difficult if you want to go inside. Lines moved really fast and staff was quick and friendly
