A friend of mine was fired from here on false speculation. They went to use the bathroom and the night shift manger followed after them a bit later. The manger attempted to peek through the crack of the stall that my friend was in and then proceeded to leave. Once leaving the bathroom my friend was confronted by the manger and told to go home. When they came back for their next shift the GM would not allow them to clock in until they spoke to the owner. When the owner does come in he tells my friend that they are fired for being on their phone in the bathroom. When my friend tried to explain that they were only using the bathroom he remained silent. Then when they explained to him that there where other people who are always on their phones he ignored them and left. The my friend has not work at this job for long, but can tell that they are extremely unprofessional. They have paid for ubers to come in for shifts before and been sent home within a couple of hours. They have no understanding of time management and in reality they probably only wanted to get rid of them bc they could not pay them anymore. DO NOT WORK HERE, DO NOT ALLOW YOUR FRIENDS OR FAMILY TO WORK HERE, THEY CANT PAY YOU!

Been to a few steak n shakes. This one was clean, food was fast and tasted amazing! Loved the strawberry shake. Didn't taste artificial like McDonald's. Service was friendly. Prices reasonable. Even a fun claw machine. I would return!

Did drive thru Sunday 4/ 14 . Ordered garlic double burger nothing came on it . If I have to add, person should tell me. Ordered a Frisco all was so greasy couldn't eat. . Vert unhappy with this place. Not like used to be.

I'm immensely disappointed that I'm having to come back and change my review of this location. Initially, we received great service and fresh food. But over the past 6 months, the quality of the food and service has suffered tremendously. The past 10 times I've visited this location, they have repeatedly gotten my order wrong. Something as simple as 'no cheese' is too difficult of a task for these workers. It's so bad, that I have to tell the drive thru associate to quality check my order before giving it to me. And every single time, they don't!!!! I'm fed up with the nonsense. Today, it happened again. The associates are careless as they laugh and giggle while not paying attention to the accuracy of the order. I spoke with the manager today and she was completely unapologetic and even argued with me because I refused to get out of the drive thru line while they correct my order. I absolutely refused since there were barely anyone in the drive thru at the time. She was so rude and that's when I realized why these associate are so unprofessional....because they have unprofessional leadership. This location is going down fast and should be shut down due to the rudeness you have to tolerate. And as of today, I refuse to ever tolerate their behavior ever again.
