The customer service in this place is terrible, the man who served me has a very bad attitude and is rude, it was only with me that I saw that he was rude to the other people who were ordering their food.

0 Stars given..I will never portranize this place Again, first of all, management is there with the employee. He has a bad attitude just as she did (Wendy). Her hair is long and blonde. And it was hanging in the way while making food. I told her Shouldn't your hair be pulled back? It's in the way while you're making people food. She tells me sorry and proceeds to take her hand with gloves on it and push her hair behind her ear. I say ilk, that's nasty. Change your gloves. You're fixing people food, she gets mad. Snatched her gloves off in the garbage. And I proceed to tell her you could refund me my money 'cause that's nasty, you shouldn't touch your hair, then touch people food no telling what else they're doing when you're not standing there, watching them make your food. Then I open and check my other 2 sandwiches because I didn't get a chance to see them make those and the manager kept hounding me. Am I good and I told him I'm checking my sandwiches because she just made the other 2 and her hair is too long in the way and I wanna make sure nothing is in my food. He gets the attitude and walks away. Then come back. I had to tell him I know i You're gonna let me check my food carefully and make sure nothing is in my food. Leave me alone, sir. Y'all should have hair nets on anyways. A customer shouldn't have had to tell you that. Shut this place down!!! Board of health. They're ridiculous here! I will stick to my regular restaurant location not 66st no and 20th ave no crosswinds!! This is a no go people, please don't order online at this restaurant. Go inside and watch your sandwich be made. There nasty here.

Honestly our food was fine it’s just the guy who is working there you can tell must hit the crack pipe and doesn’t know how to do is job correctly. I have a subway card and it’s bent so when I swipe it, it says doesn’t recognize subway card and he said because it says it’s not a subway card there’s nothing I can do. Like you serious bud ? You work here and you can’t figure this out for a customer ? The card has $39 you can definitely put in the numbers from the back of the card but he just was so flustered that he just couldn’t do it. Like ew be better at your job and put the drugs down dude.

I ordered my sub to be delivered. It took very little time to get my sandwich which was very nice. The sub on the other hand was not good. The bread was stale and there was very little meat or cheese. I felt like I was eating a salad with stale bread.
