James is an incredible manager here. Him and his staff are always very friendly. I'm greeted the second I walk in the door and told to have a great day when I leave. I work close to this location so I come here often and always have a great experience. You can not always say that to often with "fast food". James and his team are the perfect example of good customer service!

Night manager closed more than 20 (was 9:38) minutes early and ignored us while we knocked on the door pointing at the 10pm closing sign. I hope she doesn’t get to keep her job. I’m sure as a business owner myself that the owner of this business does not want his store closed early. Especially if he dossn’t know and she got paid for her full shift.As if it doesn’t get any worse. 5 years later and the EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED!! THIS STORE IS HORRIBLE! I’ll be contacting the manager tomorrow and hopefully the girl here today will be fired.

I walked in, presented coupons I received in the mail and asked if they would be accepted. I was told they would. After the food was made I was told the coupon wasn't working with the system. I paid (way too much) anyway and was very disappointed by the noticeably small portion size, a footlong is usually enough for two meals but I ate the whole and was still hungry. This is an embarrassing display of inflation, "shrinkflation" and conmenship.

Been going to this store for years, they cleaned it up but failed to hire decent people. Heavy set, unhappy, mumbling, while also taking personal phone calls isn't ideal for someone in customer service. They often close early and run out of items constantly. Possibly the worst subway in the area, and that's saying a lot.

I walked in and the girl working asked me if I was there for food... I said, "Well are you open?" She said, Yeah." I said, " great, I'd like to get a sandwich..." So she put her phone down, and slowly got out of her seat to make me a sandwich.

Honestly sort of disgusted. The lady behind the counter is not wearing a hairnet (she has fake hair that is pulled up in an extremely messy bun). Also she is wearing huge pink fake nails. I haven’t seen So many blatant health code violations in a long time. A complete disregard for food safety.

Ordered online went into store only employee was sitting at a table on his phone I said I had placed an order online and he walked towards the door to the back. He didn’t sit there for two more minutes on his phone, then went into the back and then stood there on his phone for another 20 seconds before I asked him if he was gonna start making my order he told me I have 20 minutes to do that according to the app you should read what it says there I said that’s not really good customer service. He said don’t tell me how to do my job I said please refund my order he went to the register and told me that he was refunding my order. He didn’t finish the receipt and walked over and started to try to make me an order, I knew it was my order because I could see my name at the top of the receipt and he I said I would like a refund again and he said I have another order I’m working on I said no that’s my order you’re working on I want a refund I left there really angry. My friend went in who had been at the dollar general next to a Shopping thinking I would be done with our subs by the time I got out please refund my money.

Wish I could give 0 stars!!! I ordered 2 egg and cheese footlongs on the Subway app and received 2 footlongs with everything but the egg and cheese. We were already home when we found the issue and normally I would just eat the product. But missing the main "core" ingredients is a joke.I drove back to the store and asked if we could fix this mistake and I was told their location does not offer eggs. I then asked "why is the egg option available on the app for this location?" I was then told the "app isn't up to date."I asked for a refund as I did not want 2 footlongs with veggies and some sauce. I was told I have to go through the app for the refund. I asked him to show me how to do this on the app and offered him my phone. I asked if there was a manager we could call to see if maybe they know how to refund an order placed on the app. He then told me he was the Assistant Manager, and that I need to dispute this with my bank.So yeah, literally got ripped off and the "Assistant Manager" straight up told me to go talk to my bank about it. I would avoid this location at all cost!!!
