Im a driver for a delivery service and deal with 100's of restaurants a week. This establishment is "staffed" by unmotivated, uninterested and dismissive people who have zero interest in preforming to anything close to industry standards.... go elsewhere if you seek a pleasant exspearince!!

The food was cold and the staff there did not seem to care at all that what they were serving. Now we know why this location had no one in it. Will avoid in the future.

In the short time I was here some lady brought in 2 kids one was very sick and coughed all over sauce bar and fountain machine.then man brought in 2 dogs like nothing.so if this is your idea of dining go for it.for ne I have never saw a more filthy place.i almost felt like ordering a dogfood taco.

Save yourself a head ache and stay away from here at least though drive through, seems like these ladies hate their job they're beyond rude they rush you, they give you attitude at the window, lol they didn't even cut the quesadilla I got, it's a taco bell so food is what it is, service is horrendous though.

Order is never right, also they never give you the sauces you ask for.
So corporate has pressure plates throughout the drive thru to monitor how long each order takes and to ensure they are being quick with their orders. This manager thinks it's appropriate to have customers pay and then pull around to the front and line up in the parking lot off of the pressure pads so their times look great even though we sat there for 20 minutes. She was walking around screaming "I'm not gonna let these people mess up my times" but I think she is completely missing the point of the time system. It exists to ensure speedy service of guests, not to make a line in your parking lot to cheat the system.

I will never go to this taco bell again. I ordered a combo #3, a combo #6 in beef, 2 burritos, and an extra soft taco with just beef. Not only was the #6 in chicken but I didn't even receive the combo #3 after the lady went over what was in the bag. It would be one thing if this was the first time I've had a messed up order or something missing but no, this has happened multiple times. I don't know if they need new management or just someone who double checks, triple check the orders. Honestly it's ridiculous.

If I could give this place a zero I would! I went through the drive through was rushed on my order and at the window the lady was rude tonight! I asked for mix of sauces she gives me two handfuls of two sauces and shoves them in my hands! I check to make sure everything is there and find out six items were missing they gave me two out of the six rudely and when I realized they didn’t give me the other items I was too upset and disappointed with the atmosphere that I said forget it! I called the store to let the manager know and she challenged me on when I was there . Like seriously…. I’m a dissatisfied customer and you decide to challenge me on five minutes?The food was cold and tasted old! This place needs new management and new employees. There were even people in the parking lot mad about the food and service provided. Hollering and screaming because of the dissatisfaction this doesn’t provide a safe place to eat either. I will be filing a complaint with corporate. This place needs good employees and management ASAP!

Today I enjoyed a steak power bowl, added chips and cheese with a rolled chicken taco. It was delicious. This just maybe my new favorite fast food combo. The crew was very professional, fast and the dining room was clean and comfortable. All around another great visit.
