Hadn’t been here in awhile. Product has definitely gone way down. Ordered the queso with beef, obviously nothing but canned cheese sauce with beef on top. Bang Bang chicken burritos tasted bland and burned. Will not be eating at this location again. They definitely have dropped the ball on their food. The commercialization of their food is extremely prevalent.

Burrito bowl is what I always get, its always amazing. The steak was juicy and not dry at all. Jason's mom ?hot sauce is the best imo. And it's not too expensive. And those cookie dough things are gas!! 11/10
I never have a bad experience here, better options, cheaper prices, better chips than chipotle. Always service with a smile. Always clean. I can’t say that about chipotle.If you’re trying to decide between chipotle and Tijuana flats I’d defenitly give TF a try!

The food was cold and I ate inside. It was as if the burrito was refrigerated, or the refrigerated ingredients were mixed together and then served without heating...at all.

First time here. Phenomenal experience. Unparalleled customer service from Michele. I was blown away. She was so kind and hospitable. She gave good menu recommendations. We regularly do Taco Tuesday at Tijuana’s but usually use a different location a little closer to home. Went there tonight and ordered dos tacos. Both orders were very light on the meat, cheese, tomatoes, and chips. Lettuce was acceptable.The people are nice enough at the location and the quality is about the same (which is way 2stars) but the portion control compared to other locations is sub-par and we probably won’t get food from this location again because of that.
