First... The customer service at Toby's is abysmal. The problem starts with the tall white gentleman who has a crew cut. He accused me of cutting the line after the gentleman at the door told me to pick up food at his exact spot. Don't let him talk to you that way either... Give it back to him. He's a jerk. His co-workers don't like him either. They told me.Second... The place is always busy, but its not because the food is excellent. Its small and narrow inside, so it just looks that way. Pizza was ok...garlic knots undercooked (since they have zero organization and not enough time to cook properly.)I'm originally from Boston. Don't listen to some pizza critic who no one up there likes (he gets in fights with owners.) There are about a hundred pizzerias in St Pete. As an Italian American, I would rate their pizza as mediocre and definitely overpriced.It's not just about pizza, either. You're walking into an experience. Maybe you're on a date or with family. Given the lack of organization, wait times and terrible customer service, why would you bother with this place? You'll save time, money and stress going elsewhere.

We have been trying for two years since we moved from Philly to find good quality and consistent pizza ... Toby's is the spot for sure. Large pie, thin crust, love the way they do their sausage.

El Presidente got it right, solid pizza, high 7s. Crazy busy on Saturdays.
Called in order and was ready at pick up time. Pizza and garlic knots were super doughy. The cheesesteak was great but you have to eat while hot. Once it cools it’s dry and doesn’t reheat well. If you want your food cooked and not floppy dough maybe suggest extra crispy. I won’t be going back.

Called in order and was ready at pick up time. Pizza and garlic knots were super doughy. The cheesesteak was great but you have to eat while hot. Once it cools it’s dry and doesn’t reheat well. If you want your food cooked and not floppy dough maybe suggest extra crispy. I won’t be going back.
