This place needs more employees, or to change the time when the order is going to be ready. Placed an order at 2:30, said it would be ready at 2:40, and when I walked in I still had to wait almost 15 mins. As far as I can see there were only two workers in the back, a guy walked in to place an order and he wasn’t greeted for about 10 mins.

i’ve been going to tropical smoothie for 7 years (and worked at a diff location in 2016) and i just had the best chia banana smoothie i’ve ever had in my life at this location. whoever was making smoothies at 2 pm on 9/14 deserves a raise

I've been to this Tropical Smoothie a few times and regretted it every time. Restaurant is visibly dirty, always out of napkins and no paper towels in the bathroom. The employees are clearly understaffed and annoyed. Takes 25-30 for 1 smoothie and you're lucky if they get your order correct.

Ordered kale/apple slaw. I honestly thought my kids had gotten into it and taken a few bites. This is what we paid for—approximately 2 tablespoons of slaw. My husbands kale-apple slaw was the same. We could have combined both of ours and had a very small side of about 4T total.
This particular location is one to avoid.I do not like leaving bad reviews but to anyone who it may concern: for the sake of your valuable time and mental sanity, do NOT try coming here especially around lunch time.Most employees on shift are rude and lazy while one star employee hustles / rushes around to get everything done.When they get slammed, they get overwhelmed and hide in the back. Realistically, the solution should be to temporarily turn off the UberEats, DoorDash, etc apps so to properly assist the valuable patrons that are waiting in-person.This review is not coming from a one-time experience either and I’m sure many people who live/work around this location concur.Only reason it’s not a one-star is out of sympathy for the manager who I’ve seen in the recent bad reviews; who seems to care at least enough to read these reviews and try to address them.I hope that they and any other stand-out employees can improve. When that happens, I’ll update my rating.

I’ve walked in here the past two days in a row and no one ever comes out. There was a sign saying there was only one person working but I don’t know how the owner can have this be a profitable business when the front is left completely empty with no one monitoring it. I understand being short staffed but at this point it seems like a huge liability!

Food is great! Service is quick. Best smoothies around. Only complaint is that when you order from DoorDash and add a side item to your meal they might not read the order right because they always forget. Add the item separate on DoorDash vs adding it an additional to a wrap

How can this place be in such a good spot and have the worst customer service. It's the only smoothie place in this area, and I walk in and wait at the counter and no one ever comes out! There is a girl sitting down who was there before me, she was told to wait because there is only one person working- I looked at the screen and there is only one order on the screen and no one is even there preparing it. I'm in the hospitality industry and I believe this is as bad as it gets.I just left as this is sadly a common occurrence at this spot. Maybe I should open my own smoothie spot here and win all this residential business...
