At this particular location the Bahama Mama smoothie tasted with a hint of chicken char... Back of the house cleanliness may be an issue, I don't know. Won't return for a very long time if ever. I used to love coming here...

The folks were really nice but I just went and ordered a mocha madness and a turkey bacon sandwich. They were out of cappuccino (a key ingredient for the mocha madness) so I had to get something else after already paying and same for the turkey bacon (ran out of bacon) so I just have turkey instead. The restocking manager definitely needs to pay closer attention. Dropped the ball but the staff was nice as mentioned.

Great smoothie served quickly by friendly staff. Prices were a bit steep and 24 oz appears to be the only option. Look for coupons in valpak for tremendous savings like 3.99 smoothie and bogo smoothie. Makes it more than affordable!

Usually I love tropical smoothie, and the food was still good as it normally is, but the service was so awful. It was an empty store yet we still waited a long time to place our order. I placed my order and my boyfriend was right behind me waiting to place his when I was done, yet as soon as the guy (who's pants were sagging so low you could see his entire under garment) took my order, he walked into the back and didn't even bother checking to make sure I paid, and completely ignored the fact that my boyfriend was right behind me waiting. About 5 minutes later he came back out and saw that his friend had walked in and let his friend CUT IN LINE in front of my boyfriend who had been waiting 10+ mins to order. The guy then proceeds to leave after taking his friends order and my boyfriend has to wait even more. When a new guy comes to take his order, the guy had no idea how to work a gift card and it took them a long time to figure it out. Then my boyfriend waited 10+ minutes for his food to come out, the atmosphere was very unprofessional.

Made my smoothie wrong again. Used to come here all the time but recently the service has gone down. Tried to talk to the manager but he was apparently the one outside smoking. I no longer will be coming to this location I would rather drive out of my way to visit the one on 34th south.

I messed up an online order, which was completely my fault. I had. The staff was excellent. They filled my order and helped me get a credit for the other location. Every time I go into the store, which is often, the staff is welcoming, and friendly.Dillon (not sure how to spell his name) is superior!

Whoever made this if you hate your job. Just freaking quit. Because you are making tropical smoothie look really bad.
