As I come in to this Wendy's to get breakfast before going to church. I met this nice beautiful lady. And descena heart person like I don't know. She's a manager there, but man. She's the best she's. She's, she's well for the people, right? She's like very patient for the people. Nor aggressioner's no attitude like a good energy person that she's there just for Wendy's and for the people. You know.You should have more role models like this person. Beautiful soul. God bless her. I think I'll be coming here every morning if she's here

Getting more and more Disappointed with the service and food at Wendy's. I used to consider them #1 but not so much anymore. It seems that ALL fastfood restaurants have started to take a backseat when it comes to dining on the good.

Manager/owner of the store came out to service machine and goes back to cook food, doesn’t change gloves. When asked to cook sandwich over, starts arguing and screaming and saying you can just leave. Arguing and screaming. Working in slides, staff unprofessional and purposely ignoring when asked to give a refund. Store is disgusting, dirty and rude as heck.

I was passing through the area on my way to a show at the Mahaffey Theater and needed to get something to eat before the show. I didn’t have enough time to go to a sit down restaurant in DTSP so I decided to grab something to go here. It’s not a great area but despite that, the restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. I just ordered a double to go and it was honestly one of the best burgers I’ve ever gotten at a Wendy’s before. If this place is consistently good like they were yesterday, then go here instead of the clown burger place

Some of the staff mean well, but most don't care about you or your order or the quality of their work. Some seem barely awake. If you want anything unusual at all (something added or left off), the odds of them getting the order right are very low ( our order was taken correctly--it showed on the receipt--but the staff making up the order didn't bother to read it or get it right). This is not just a problem with this particular Wendy's; it seems to be an issue with Wendy's QC in general. The food is decent, but the workers are slapdash at best, and poorly trained and supervised. It's a real shame, because they're potentially one of the better fast food chains.

There is a woman at the helm of this busy restaurant - she compliments all customers and deftly handles the onslaught of specialized orders and staff who are often teenagers or first time workers with a deft hand, a smile and a joke when needed, a stern word when she can see a Karen might be brewing. she listens attentively to every order and she double checks they have been correctly prepared. I give this place 5 stars - not only for getting the food I wanted exactly as I wanted it: but for the exceptional woman I saw at the helm of it today.

These employees are lazy. This is the only store, I've been to, in the St. Petersburg area, that doesn't want to work. One employee, was kn her phone, the entire time and kept hiding from the manager. They refused to allow me, to use the bathroom. As a store manager, I know for a fact that they have the keys to the bathrooms. I know without doubt, that they locked both bathrooms, just so they wouldn't have to clean it. A restaurant by health code, has to have accessible bathrooms. Maybe this restaurant is due for a health inspection. The food, was not close to par. The bun on my double stack was stale, they couldn't even follow the customizations, which were quite easy.

Went through the drive-thru and was told there was a shift change. That was it, no other communications. They told the car in front of me the same thing. After waiting a few minutes I left

3 people working while 4 others do whatever they want. Then get mad they have to do their jobs. Absolutely disappointing, employees are only there to clock in and out, not actually work.

This place is awful. I don’t know if it is Wendy’s, the brand, going downhill or just this location. You’ll notice the place is deserted and it is for a reason. I went up to the drive thru and i saw the person in front of me just leave. I thought that was odd, and pulled up to the speaker to order. I got no response for 5 minutes. I tried to get their attention at the window and was basically just told to leave. They didn’t want my business. I can’t imagine what the quality of the food is. But I only have my imagination to wonder since I was not served. Go to McDonalds across the street. This place deserves to be shuttered.

I came in to grab a burger and also chat the staff on the area. Was in the area looking at investment properties and had some general questions about the area.Staff were friendly with me, helpful and my burger was fresh and delicious.
