The young girl at the drive-through, taking the order with the long braids in her hair, had a very nasty attitude, and then wanted to argue with me at the window, even after I apologized to her for feeding into her rude behavior! The manager had to tell her to stop arguing. The purpose of working at Wendy’s is to gain customer service experience to move on in the world, but this little girl apparently is not learning that experience and is wreaking havoc! I pray her Attitude changes and she doesn’t greet any other customers that way because the next one may not be so nice to apologize To her.

This is the 3rd time I had major issues here at this particular restaurant.. I ordered a number 7 combo double meat got my order no meat on the sandwich at all??? And the staff is rude and ignorant here,it’s unbelievable! Keep this up and there gonna ruin your business for sure..

I really wish I could give an negative, but the host at the drive thru ticket # 3316, store #05100251 was rude, very disengaged, and very unprofessional. I will never come to this Wendy's or any other Wendy's since this is what I get for choosing to dine with Wendy's. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Disgusting. Restaurant was not clean to include tables. Food was the furthest thing from fresh and employees were loud and screwing around while working. Never again.
Hate that the only way to order here is with the machine.. I walk in and have 3 employees standing there looking at me like I’m lost. No line by the way.. and god forbid you want to pay with cash or if you need assistance with the confusing touchscreen.. poor old guy that came in after me needed help and was given a hard time from staff. What are these times we are living in?? I just wanted a biggie bag.. burger was so sloppy I thought I was missing the patty but it was slid half way off the sandwich

The food was good, fries were fresh. I have been a few times lately. Most times the staff is a little grumpy and non-personable. I understand work is hard but you cannot let a negative experience reflect back to non troublesome customers. Also, 2 out of 3 times lately order has been wrong, forgot an item entirely, had to swing back the other time got home realized no bacon. Even small details matter. Over all, good food but location could use a friendly pick me up. This location also seems to attract homeless individuals in the lot, loitering at front door, etc. (Did not lower score on that account).Parking: Spots on both side but recommend to park on south side of building.Wheelchair accessibility: Short trip from lot to counter, may need help with doors.
