Got my order wrong. Spent 40 dollars for a triple, double and two singles. I received two singles and a double, and even then the toppings were wrong. I'll just drive an extra 20 minutes to go to another location next time I want

The food and service are, for the most part, consistently good, BUT... Wendy's, like all fast food, has become outrageously expensive, especially for what it is.$33 for 2 combo meal baconators.Next time, we'll go somewhere like Beef OBradys across the street and dine in, for around the same price.

Me,My boyfriend and a few of his team mates went to this Wendy's location last night! They are horrible people , horrible customer service. They gave us double the biggie bags we ordered, forgot my Drink, And our driver's whole meal And a burger. They then proceeded to bring someone outside to look over our receipts while giggling and looking high! To see what we ordered! They then said they'd bring our stuff out and left us sitting in the drive Thru for 40 minutes while serving other customers! We went back around after some time,only to find out they lied to the manager claiming they gave us all our food. A girl then clocks out and leaves with food and a drink. And we ask the manager for a refund. We were only refunded half of our money for "the things we didn't get" per the managers words! This place loves to waste people's time. We won't be Revisiting.

The food might have been good if I had been waited on. None of the employees seemed to be working the counter so after several minutes I just left and went down the street to McDonald’s.

Two locked doors, didnt say anything at the speaker. rude customer service at the window , just says she doesnt take orders at the window, apparently not at the speaker either.

This is the absolute worst Wendys location ever. Every single time I order from them, the order is messed up, every single time. The food comes missing items and the fries are ALWAYS cold and hard. Don’t bother calling them there, they are rude and indignant. I called the Wendys corp number and after being on hold for 30 minutes was given another number to try and they did not resolve the matter satisfactorily. Don’t get me started on the lack of cleanliness of the inside of this location, it’s beyond disgusting. The problem is, it’s been like this for years and years and has never been fixed, they suck and Wendys obviously doesn’t care…..

This place is a JOKE!! I spent $30 for my "food," and it was just thrown into a bag. I ordered 2 Baconators that are supposed to be double meat and bacon. They gave me single burgers with one piece of bacon on it. They were literally as cold as an icicle. The fries were at least a day old and cold as well. They had NO chili, and the frosty machine was conveniently "broken down." That's code for they're too lazy to clean it. (Happens all the time)These people have ZERO customer service skills! It's really pathetic. When I first came inside, I was greeted with "yeah." I was given NO RECEIPT. (Owner should take note of that). Somebody's got slippery fingers. These people should be embarrassed by the way this restaurant is being run. No chili and no frostys. Why even bother being open! If I were the manager, I would have just closed the place down and told everyone to go home and stay home.When I brought the food back, I wasn't rude or disrespectful, but I sure was treated rudely. I just asked for my money back and I didn't want any food anymore. I really lost my appetite anyway. All I got was "Where's your receipt?" I said I never got one. She said that I would only get a refund for one baconator. I told her I was recording everything on videocamera, so she changed her tune real quick. Stay away from this location (34th St. Skyway area). There's a better Wendy's on Pasadena Ave. in S. Pasadena. They may not be perfect, but the people hustle and do their best to get the orders out. And they actually say, "Hello, and thank you."These people had no right to give attitude to me after the junk they threw in a bag and had the audacity to charge me over $30. People are getting tired of being ripped off by these places. To all the hard-working employees, please disregard this review. To the others: take a customer service course, and start taking pride in your work.

The slowest and rudest drive thru in the county. I ordered a Daves double meal and asked for a large coke. I was told they don't sell coke, I asked, "What do you mean you d9nt sell coke?" They replied, I mean, we ran out. ok, I'll take a gingerale. 45 minutes later, when we were able to get to the window to pay and receive our order. It was missing the fries. She asked what size, I said large, she said sir you didn't order a large." I said yes I did."" She kept arguing no you didn't. " I said, "Just give an order of fries. I don't care what size you are going to keep arguing. She then said, "What are you waiting for? I said my fries, and she then thru the bag in my car with a medium fry. Worst customer service I have ever had.

Very rude employees! They treat you as if you are bothering them or something. Manager was no better. Employees had on no names tags, out of uniform, half the stuff I requested they didn’t have because “they haven’t gotten their truck” and they refused to give me anyones name who was on staff. When I asked for a manager she came to the window chewing a piece of candy, WHAT A JOKE overall unprofessional. Won’t be spending anymore money here! I wasn’t even given a receipt because they had no receipt paper, go borrow some from another store. I will be back to speak with the general manager so they can know how their store is run.
