Last night we placed an order and paid for pizzas to be delivered for our kids sleepover. Pizzas never showed up. We never got a phone call. I called today to find out that the store closed early yesterday. I inquired why I was not made aware that our order would never be filled The employee had no answer. I asked to speak with a manager he told me the owner would not speak to me. He Did not offered an apology,did not offer an explanation. we were regular customers! They didn't care about our dinner enough to give me the common courtesy of a phone call.

I LOVE this place! My food is ALWAYS perfect and when I order delivery, it always comes quicker then estimated. They also offer coupons and deals all the time on different items which is always nice! My go-to food is always a cheesesteak being from Philly, however I do not eat beef and most times when I order a chicken cheesesteak, it almost ALWAYS gets delivered wrong. Westshore is the only place that has every made my chicken cheesesteaks exactly how I like them, adding on all my extras and removing the condiments I do not want. It is hard to find a good cheesesteak place so I am VERY VERY happy to have found this place and that it is so close to me. I am 100% a repeat customer, the only thing I get mad about is that they don't open until 4 pm Mon- Wed (I think) Thank you to the staff for dealing with me in the most positive way every time!

I do not know why this place has low ratings! Our pizza was totally awesome. The bread is great too. I guess I did have a slice of plain cheese once that was meh. We got a margarita, which I'd request extra tomatoes on. The flavor was fantastic. I just wish I had more tomatoes on it. We ordered through the slice app which was very handy. Pizza was ready right on time! We also got a meats one, but I didn't try it. It looked awesome!

So it's a thing I always knew I'd have to do as a pizza enthusiast but I wasn't exactly excited about it. Westshore is totally infamous. The reviews detoured me almost as much as the sheer number of locations. But ya girl won a free pizza. And with less skin in the game (free food) I went with it. Ordered online and called to make a quick adjustment to the time of pick up. They didn't ask for the order or the name and really seemed to brush off the request. After hanging up we felt like it didn't seem right so we called again and sure enough the request was "lost in translation." Okay so not great but whatever it's pizza. It doesn't need to be hot to be good. We ordered the bbq chicken and the large cheese. The crust is super thick and chewy. They do not skimp on the cheese. It's fairly solid. I just didn't love it the way I really love pizza. The sauce kind of tasted like extra sweet ketchup? It's cheap. They really do have you there. Not as cheap as Beach Pizza though and no cheaper than a bigger chain like Papa Johns. 3 stars, I'd eat it again. I wouldn't go out of my way to order it.

Ordered in the Slice app, it was ready on time and hot. The pizza was delicious, especially the dough and crust. Loved the garlic knots also, just the right amount of seasoning. And the zappole dessert was incredible. I like funnel cakes but zappole was better!

Crust is over cooked and this not extra cheese. Had to add my own cheese. 20 dollars. Very disappointed. Plus it was not hot. I only live around the corner

This place is truly a hidden gem. What a breath of fresh air. If you are bored of regular old chain pizza joints give this place a try. The dough is fresh made daily and hand tossed . The ingredients are very fresh. They make one of the best Philly cheesesteaks I've ever had in Florida. Give this place a try you won't regret it.

90 minutes to deliver 1 pizza and 12 wings? Food quality is inconsistent but i got roped in to what i thought was a good deal. Lesson learned, this was my last order from WSP.
We ordered from here, usually its great. Today everything delivered was cold. We had to reheat our entire order. We spent over 100$. Definitely will not be ordering from here again. Food came late, if its gonna be late at least it could be warm.Very disappointed.

We ordered a white margherita pizza and a dozen wings for an easy dinner tonight. The pizza was not anything like a margherita pizza should be. Looked more like an overcooked cheese pizza with a little tomato thrown on top. About half the wings looked like they were left over from yesterday and reheated. Very disappointing.
