i purchased tires September 2021 and I have road hazard on them. I get my tires rotated every 5000 miles when I get my oil changed I went into Bjs on Aug 5 2023 to have them looked at because they are bald . The service guy was really nice I believe his name was Robin, there was another guy there but I believe he was new. They were slammed so I asked for the supervisor and I was told he was not in and the store supervisor had to come over. I had already been there an hour waiting and seen the store supervisor twice I wasn't going to have him pulled away again. There should always be a supervisor in the garage! Every time I go there on the weekend they are busy. If there is only one supervisor they need to get 2 and make sure one is there at all times. I still need my 2 tires replaced in the front and I wanted to buy 4 new tires for my other car but I don't want to deal with the bad service, I may just go to Costco. There was a man in front of me he had been waiting on his car for 2 hours and then they came in and said they dont have his tires!

After waiting on hold for a while, Miss Shawnte from the Deli department ran over to the water to count out how many were in stock for a product I was purchasing online. Such a rockstar thanks so much Miss Shawnte!

Bjs always have what we need! I'm also a Costco shopper but BJs locations always seem to have more ethnic variety of items and I really appreciate that. It's also a bit more affordable than their competitors so I get to save some extra $$ using coupons and buying their sale items. This location is clean and very well organized. Service has never really disappointed me with friendly smiles and greetings. One lady even pointed out that I did great with all of my coupons! Traffic isn't usually too bad getting in and out. This location is just located in a better area compared to the millennia location. I usually prefer driving the extra 5 minutes to avoid the traffic.

This particular B.J.'s Wholesale Club is located on State Road 46 and is not too far off of Interstate 4 for any travelers (wayward or otherwise) who might be seeking out a B.J.'s Wholesale Club. Be advised that you need a membership card to purchase from here. I have been a member of BJ's Wholesale Club for a long time, probably close to two decades, and there is a reason that every year I renew my membership. There are some good deals to be had here. There also some not so great deals. However, most of the pricing is definitely competitive or better than competitive. Their deli can usually beat most supermarkets in terms of pricing. I have also always liked the quality of the beef that you can get at BJ's Wholesale Club. This particular location, as most locations of BJ's Wholesale Club, have a good size parking lot. Parking will never be an issue. The staff is relatively friendly and professional and, as I have said, the prices are competitive. All in all, I would recommend this location and if you are not a member, I would recommend becoming one.

BJ's has been a go to for me for years. Even during the Covid 19 Pandemic I was able to keep a supply of all the basics. They have had plenty of paper goods, wipes and cleaning supplies. They have free air for tires and normally cheap gas. They will clean your cart when you get in the store and the are wearing masks. The store is cleaner than ever and I prefer this to the other warehouse stores.

I have been going to this place for many years. Don't buy anything besides food ok. I bought a security system from them and it doesn't work. Nightowl. I would just stick to Best Buy for electronics ok? Service can be dreadful. Their cartons of milk were leaking in my car while I was storing them in my vehicle. Lady argued with me and tried to tell me they weren't leaking. Then I got a name brand milk and put it up on the counter while she was giving me my money back. She said that it leaks too, but in the 15 minutes I waited for her to return my money it was dry. She tried to intimidate me. It didn't work. Service sucks. They can also be annoying with the carriages and letting people in the store. Before the county mandate they appeared to try to intimidate customers into using masks. Hello not everybody has drunk the Kool Aid. Overall they appear to use Covid as a way to intimidate customers. I plan on taking my good hard-earned money elsewhere after my membership expires. Looking for mom & pop and farmer's markets. The chains are arrogant. If you stick to food you might be ok but lately I find myself at Publix.

I love this location. It's always clean and easy to find what you need. You can fill your propane tanks around the corner and they have a gas station. You can fill your tires with air for free using their machine. You put in the PSI, hook it up to your tire and it will beep when you reached the PSI you wanted. Super convenient! You may have to wait in a line at times just for the air pump.
