I've attempted to go here three times. Two of the three they didn't have ice or dessert or they weren't taking cash or some issue. As of 3/25/24, ice machine not working, they didn't have enough cash, the soda machine was dirty and HOT. The cashier made mistake(s) input cause delays. Onion rings cold. They did toss the chicken nuggets in hot sauce. Which was different, I thought they were precooked. They still didn't have desserts. It's Sanford!

Service was quick- I ordered and was through the line in less than 8 minutes. The cashier was polite. My junior whopper was the perfect temp. The only thing is that my fries were a bit cold so I was a bit disappointed in that part. But otherwise good.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I order from here something is wrong, and the food is sad. The people working here are hard ever professional or helpful. It's frankly sad they spent so much money to renovate this location because they need to renovate their staff or at the very least the people who make the burgers.

Burger King, for some reason, likes to trap their customers in the drive thru. Many have a huge curb to keep you from exiting. I pulled forward at this location, did not order after looking at the menu, but could not leave. 3 cars ahead. I tried to pull off to the side, and it was full of caution cones to prevent cars from leaving the incredibly narrow space they provide. I got out of my car, moved the cones, and left anyway. Blocking people into your drive thru isn’t going to make them purchase something and wait in line, simply because they wanted to look at the menu and got stuck. When this establishment was remodeled, perhaps they should have considered that.

Double Whopper with cheese is my favorite burger of all time and they just make it the best. Fresh off grill a little well done. They know what I want or make exactly what I want. I love BK and am glad we have a great one in our town. Idk how people couldn't like BK but the double check Whopper with cheese is indeed the king of burgers. ?
