Had a wonderful experience at Carrabba’s in Sanford with our server, Kade providing top notch service, recommendations and excellent engagement. We enjoyed taking advantage of the fun promotions (great deals!) offered by Kade including Wine Wednesday and additional meals to go which made our recent move back to town a little more fun and less stressful. Our food was delicious, we had excellent service and we had a great time. Would definitely recommend this restaurant, location and this server, Kade to anyone. Our hostess (I cannot remember her name…I believe she had long red hair) was also extremely friendly and helpful and mentioned the promotions as well. We’ll definitely return…thanks!

We went out for my daughter birthday. Everything was good. The service was ok. The only thing that bothered us was my daughter chicken Alfredo. it was no good at all. We could not find the waitress to get something else. In sted, she took it off the bill

Service was horrible. We sat outside and waited and waited and waited. Saw three customers leave because they weren’t waited on. I saw the servers see us sitting and waiting. How sad. I had to go call the manager who apologized and didnt do much. The food was not worth it at all.
I guess the empty plates say it all I forgot to take pictures of the food. However, it was wonderful. I had the chicken trio which includes the chicken with the goat cheese, which absolutely just burst in your mouth with flavors marsala chicken also as well as mama Rosa comes with mashed potatoes and green beans that believer was broccoli. I’m not sure, Service was quickly seated. It was very good. I will return. The price is I was surprised. Keep up the good work. I will return soon.

While we’ve frequented the Altamonte springs location for the past 16 years with excellent service, the service at the Sanford location was less than subpar. The food itself was amazing, however the service provided by Shelby lacked severely. From someone who is in both the food service and customer service industry, the entire experience could have been better. Condescending attitude, visibly annoyed which was unprovoked. The take-home entrée was also missing the bread and salad which was an up-charge.
