I got a small cheesesteak, fries and a drink.The man who took my order was super nice but the girl who put the mayo on my sandwich & gave it to me was so rude. Why even work in customer service if you are miserable??Also paid .60¢ for some ranch, that’s fine, but it was half filled.

Horrible service, the staff definitely needs to pay more attention to who is ordering what items and not just “forgetting”. If I can give it a Zero I would. Used to be one of my favorite places but it has been dying out and the staff is not making it any better.

There getting a 3? today because there just wasn’t any flavor in the cheese stake. I’m also comparing this cheese stake to other places. Come on Charley’s put some flavor in that Cheese stake

Sloppy mess with little flavor. I expected a decent sub, I got a ingredients thrown into a soggy roll instead. I couldn't even hold it together to take a bite, a real mess that I wouldn't bother with again. If only they could properly prepare the sub, it wasn't busy so no rush excuses. I spent $10 and ate nothing

Great place to eat you can't go wrong. They are always busy with the pandemic I see it's been hard for them with limited workers. BE PATIENT...we can all get through this... and you can have a great fresh meal!!

Please do not get the Seminole mall location confused with the Sanford Walmart location. The mall location has higher standards and cleanliness. The 2 min drive is worth the difference.
