I'm not happy my husband got off from work went here I text him what I wanted well they charge him for a chicken bowl he ordered two chicken bowls they even have C on the top for chicken but there is no chicken on here call to speak with someone they don't take calls this is bull we don't mind spending money for whatever we eat but to charge a person for something they didn't get they stop to talk to a coworker my husband wasn't paying attention but they should have it where we can speak to someone by the time he goes back they will be closed

I would give zero rating, I was super hungry so I ordered a burrito here , it was so bad, the rice in it is just soaked in water , chicken is overcooked , they missed to add sour cream, and so on …i can’t even eat it . I would recommend you to go to another store if you are chipotle fan

I used this location for a long time multiple times a week and everytime i go is worse, food quality is aweful, dirty place, sometimes raw food, last time I was there they gave me some wet burrito full of sour cream leaking everywhere it was grose and my previous time I was picking up drive thru, they made me wait 15 minutes in the parking lot until i decided to go inside and see what happened they had ran out of my protein, no one planned to go out and tell me I told them to give me something else and took off. This place has no order.

Food is always delish at this location it’s my fav for the Sanford lake Mary area. Lines are long but the food is fresh. I usually order pick up from the app and portion size is equivalent to going in the line in person. No difference noticed and the staff is kind. The queso is gross in general, I don’t recommend it but that’s just my personal opinion. It is not this locations fault and doesn’t reflect on this location at all, it’s just the taste itself. But who knows…you might love it (:

Went to buy 3 bowls (1 whole hour before closing) and was told they were out of white rice for the night (worker was too lazy to go check so I settled for brown) but another customer comes along literally right after me and was told it’ll be a few moments for the white rice. After complaining I was offered white rice on the side to basically shut me up. FOH!
Place always busy, employees seem to have to guidance from a lead person. Makes service chaotic. Food taste great.

Always food contamination . If you are vegetarian or vegan please don’t go to the chipotle. They never separate vegan/vegetarian items and due to long line they are always in hurry filling bowls and food contaminates with all meat food. We have to thoroughly check what we are eating .I have reported this issue earlier but still chipotle management are not bothered.Hope they can think about segregating veg and vegan items separately this helps in less food contamination
I have to say, this and the Leesburg location are two of the best Chipotles I've been to in a long time. Remember when the lines were out the door at all the locations? The service and overall experience has declined a lot since then. HOWEVER, I've been pleasantly surprised multiple times at this location. They're always friendly, usually moving pretty quick, and my order has always been right on point. I relocated from Orlando to Sumter county and I eat keto so it's great to have somewhere I can grab a quick, healthy, delicious meal when I'm commuting in/out of the metro area.
