Placed a online order for pick up. Went to thr restaurant at 11:18 am both doors were locked one person sitting at the table eating another person ordering food at the counter. More then 3 employees in the restaurant 2 looking at me and blatantly ignoring me as I was leaving another customer was pulling on the door and was also left standing there being ignored. I called the number to the restaurant several times only to be answered by a machine and once finally "connected to the restaurant " it rings forever and no answer

First time was great but after that the food is always out or when ordering they barely give you any meat at all and have to wait while the people in the back are playing around while a line forms waiting on food.The tables are always dirty and the drink area same dirty and everything is always out

For an Americanized Mexican restaurant, it's not too bad. This was my first time and I ordered a special, asado steak burrito bowl. The food was good and the service was a little better. The atmosphere was almost "lunch room". There was plenty of food for the price so overall I was happy ?

Stopped in at the Lake Mary Chipotle to grab a bite. WOW how the quality of the food has changed and not the better. I GOT CARNITAS BURRITO AND THE CARNITAS HAD NO FLAVOR. MY HUSBAND GOT A CHICKEN BOWL AND HE SAID THE CHICKEN HAD NO FLAVOR. How can a burrito shrink so much. They barely put anything in it but the prices sure have gone up. Very disappointed in the quality and quantity of their food. Getting way less food for higher prices. We will not be going there again anytime soon.

My wife and I drive out of our way to go to this location. We are closer to 2 different chipotles but we still prefer to come to this one. Staff is always friendly, lines are fast and they are out of items less than other places. Always a good experience.

Bowl was made perfect but when starting to eat it the guy served me super hard rice! I had to spit out every bite due to the rice was so hard and old you couldn’t chew it. I should have known when he was scraping the pan. I feel robbed because I had to throw the whole bowl away!
I mean, average of what we have come to expect from Chipotle, but fairly filling if you ask for double meat. The scoops of protein were less than I'd expect for a $14 burrito.. Staff was nice. No complaints here on that. Nobody goes to Chipotle for "atmosphere" that I know of.

Food is never the same quality. Sometimes it’s good, other times flavorless or burnt. Recently I placed a pick up order through the window and sat outside for over 5 min. I knocked on the window and honked. Both times the girl just looked at me. So as I pull around to come in she grabs a rag and acts like she’s cleaning. I asked for a refund and was refused by the manager Ivan who laughed at me because I was mad and told to call the number on the app. Customer service is horrible. I wasn’t asked anything or even offered my food.

I come to this location pretty frequently, and the girls that work the night shift are always very sweet and the food is always fresh. It is a new location, so I love the new feel of this location. I also love their fresh lemonades.

I have been 3x always a bad experience the food is always old like it's been there for hours. They are working extremely hard to not waste but to the detriment of the experience and food quality.They need more seasoned employees. I'll take extra drive to go to a different location to avoid this one. It's a bad experience with different people every time. I know we have off days it's the food industry but come one 3x.
