I thought Jamie at the Sanford FL location was great! I was disappointed that this location doesn’t honor the 20% military discount we were used to in Clarksville TN. Hopefully that will change.Parking: No parking issues.
This was by far the worst customer service i've experienced at this cracker barrel. My waiter Shannon didn’t bring us out a basket of biscuits yet every other table had one. She also took forever to bring the drinks out, only came back to our table about once, yet she kept coming out to this others party table multiple times which at that point I was honestly starting to get really irritated because I feel as a waitress You shouldn’t be showing special treatment to specific parties that you’re waiting on. Another thing she also didn’t ask us if we wanted refills and took forever to bring out the bill.Overall experience: food was good but the customer service was not the best today and I’ll probably not return to this location again due to this.

We had a very nice dinner due to the excellent service by Horace, our server. Horace was hands down the best server we have had at this location or at any recent restaurant for that matter. He was very attentive and genuinely interested in making sure our food came out great. He didn’t just take our order and bring out the food. He checked on us often and made us feel welcome. He told us that he cooks as well as serves and it was important to him that his guests are satisfied. We will definitely return more often and request Horace as our server.Vegetarian options: There are a few vegetarian options but many of the veggies are seasoned with meat.

Everything was hot and fresh.Parking: Plenty of free parking.Parking for curbside pick up.Handicap parking in front.Kid-friendliness: Kids meals come with drinks. They have chicken tenders and mac and cheese. They also have healthy options. Inside the store is shopping for children and adults.
