“I took my boys to an ice cream shop and saw this place next door. I’m extremely happy that I went in to inquire. The lady was just sweet. There was another customer that bragged about this place who was truly helpful. I ordered the crème brûlée, which is to die for. Chocolate chip cookies and a lava red velvet cake. “IF you need a honset great bakery please give; Michael Anthony a try, I had a very bad experince with bakery hyping their Cake up then when you recieve the cake just be angry for the deceitful product ; because it was not what was presented, But!!!!!! Michael is the real bakery! the cake you see was awsome and beautiful all the flavors was so awesome and exactly what I order. it was not a crumb left everyone was coming back for more, oh this is the best part the baby shower was 3/3/24 I save a slice for my sister and she just recieve it today 3/5/24 and it was still fresh and moist. “Quesitos are a typical Puerto Rican puff pastry and finding "good ones" were a real problem... When I arrived to florida quesitos were one of the main treats I was searching for, I visited several pastry places and had been heavily dissatisfied and disappointed. Until I was told about Pan Pan (Thank you Lauren) CALLING ALL PUERTO RICANS AND LATINOS, the most amazing quesitos are right here !!!! They don't keep many on their shelves, they bake a fresh batch every morning and afternoon, this ensures we (the consumers) get them the way they're supposed to be. Flaky, sweet, tarty, crunchy OOOOMMMGGG IT'S ALWAYS AMAZING. And lucky You if you get one nice and warm their cafe latte is done so right every time, not falling behind their breakfasts as well. Anyone not giving 4/5 stars is just a difficult customer. They do take their time making your food "MAKING" your food, not reheating food. What more can you ask for? if you're in a rush, call ahead, your food will still be waiting on you, hot and fresh. If you don't believe me, it's all your loss and it's totally okay cause it's more for me my colleagues and family if you want an average quesitos, coffee, or breakfasts go wherever. If you want amazing, go to PAN PAN. See ya there.“
“Waited for about 25 minutes, as evening line was around 20 people . Two people behind the ice cream counter worked tirelessly and efficiently to serve patrons as soon as possible. One staff member also added a bit of theatrics with creating and putting the ice cream in its cup. Very talented! My son had lemon ? cake, strawberries ? mixed with French vanilla ice cream. I had rainbow sprinkles and sweet cream ice cream, my daughter had strawberries with strawberry ice cream. All amazing, all delicious. Cashier was also pleasant, with a warm smile. Definitely recommend, was around $23. Not cheap, but in pricey Citywalk, it was worth it✔️“

I had very specific requests and she brought my vision to life. The cake was a literal piece of artwork. Everyone was in absolute awe of how beautiful it was. It also tasted amazing.
