Ordered extra items, sauce, and cheese at approximately 4:45. At 5:01 the text said it was out for delivery-2 minutes away. Called at 5:20 as the location was .9 miles away. Pizza arrived at 5:45, cold, nothing extra, contacted the store. Manager complained that he would have to rerun the card to remove he tip. Then hung up on me when I stated he needed a new driver. Disgusting pizza. Disgusting service. Disgusting attitude. Sorry their Life is so Bad

Eugene just brought me my pizza and he was the sweetest, most kind delivery driver I’ve ever had bring me a pizza. Please give that man a raise because he’s amazing!!! :)

UPDATE:I spoke to J and he was super helpful and understanding!Just how a manager should be. My intention wasn’t to get credits but just to let someone know how terrible the employee was the night before. But I appreciate it!Wow this sucks! Because the food itself is made pretty good but the short guy with a purple gages WAS soooo rude.Yes I owed .06 cents because it was tendered wrong which I was fine paying but the fact that he talked over me when I asked to see so I can make sure. He was non stop rude and he got the sass back. What is unbelievable is that he claims to be the manager. He definitely isn’t Zachary which is what the website says… he mentioned a different name.. meanwhile the guy at the register was super nice!! But he messed it up for everyone because if he’s managing people at this location with that attitude is wild to me

This Domino's is consistently good! Food is always hot, delicious, and made correctly. We absolutely love Eugene, our usual delivery driver. He is so friendly, cheerful, and always gets here quickly! Definitely recommend this location.

The website says they’re open until 1am. I stopped by in person at 12:30 to grab a quick to go. I was informed by the gentleman at the door that carry out closes at 10 PM every night? Not at all the website says, but OK… So I decided to order online for delivery, assuming they were delivering until 1 AM. I place the order and then was informed by email that it was immediately canceled. So they’re not really open until 1 AM as stated… They close considerably earlier by several hours. Having been in the restaurant industry for many years, I understand. They just need to change their website hours. I wouldn’t have tried to order had it not said they were open until 1 AM. Pretty disappointing for a hungry late night worker. CORRECT YOUR WEBSITE!!!

The people answering the phones are rude and don't understand that THEY are the ones screwing up orders left and right, don't bother ordering a drink, you'll never get it. This hiring manager must be completely incompetent and lied his way to getting the job as he isn't hiring anyone that knows what they are doing. It is not difficult to read a screen and bring what it is ffs.Also it looks like the owner stopped caring about the reviews about a year ago based on the reviews.

I placed an order on a Saturday night for 4 large pizzas, 2 two liters, 5 garlic sauces and 2 brownie desserts. After over an hour, I checked the website and it said my food has been sitting, waiting to be delivered for 25 minutes. I called the store and spoke to the manager, Tony. He said they messed up one of my pizzas and had to remake it and when the delivery driver got back in 10 minutes, it would be on its way. The delivery driver actually called me about 10 minutes later to tell me he was on his way and arrived about 5 minutes later. We stood outside with him for close to 10 minutes trying to find our entire order in all of the orders he had in his car to finally realize they had forgotten our cheese pizza. He called the manager who asked if I still wanted it or wanted a credit. I informed him I have 4 14 year old boys, one who doesn't eat meat, so yes I still wanted it. We got the food inside and the pizza was cold and looked as if it had been sitting around for quite some time. I then realized they didn't give us the garlic sauces either. I called the store to tell them to credit me for the sauces since the boys ate the 3 pizzas already and while I was mid-sentence the girl I was talking to, threw me on hold- no warning, nothing. I called back and Tony answered and I told him I was now completely irritated and he asked if the driver had told me he was crediting my order and I said no...not really the driver's responsibility. I told him not to bring the sauces just the pizza. He, in a very condescending, smart ass tone, said that it's Saturday night and I shouldn't expect a pizza delivery in less than an hour so I asked him if it's unreasonable to expect it in less than two hours? He said how he is the only store that services all of Sanford-not true- in which I informed him that it was his website that stated I should expect my food in 25 minutes and he should have that fixed and his response was "ya, I'll make a website"...he was sooo rude! And it's now been well over two hours and we still don't have the cheese pizza. NEVER AGAIN! With customer service like this it won't be long before his Saturday nights are slow!

Great food. Great service. This is my favorite Domino's location to order from. Their service is excellent. Never had a complaint. Keep up the good work.

You tell me when carry out order takes 50mins. I understand if it’s busy. What happened to pasta? Does dominos crews or manager knows the amount of pasta they have to put in the foil bowl? Why dominos is getting worst every time we go? I just hope dominos would take care of food quality they used to do or it just this dominos? I will give it a try in a few days to see if they have improved since this is the closest dominos we have by our house.Thanks

Sauce seems like it differs every time I try it. Taste is inconsistent. Overall, it is inexpensive for a non-Italian meal
