Great pizza and amazing service. We had the lunch deal and added pepperoni, the added fresh basil was a wonderful touch. Very likely to tear up these leftovers tommorow. It was perfect and the guy at the counter was really nice and easy going.

My husband and I both agreed this was an amazing pizza. The combinations of flavors and quality of ingredients was superb. He also serves Mexican coke which was a great combo. Run don't walk!

Oh hecking yes. Stopped into Henry's Depot which is a historic railroad building turned food hall. It was not very crowded due to social distancing. Was not sure where to eat and I immediately noticed the big red oven at Grain & Ember and got excited. Have been cutting back on bread products due to allergies, so was super excited I could order roasted wings and vegetables here. Tried the sweet and spicy honey hot sauce wings. Got the sauce on the side, and the wings came out of the oven with a fantastic dry rub and baked to crispy, savory perfection! For a side I got roasted cauliflower. This was a medley of cauliflower, radishes, and walnuts with with oil dressing and some herbs on top. Magnificent! Really enjoyed this simple dinner here and the one guy running Grain & Ember was doing it all, taking orders, cooking, and brought us the food too. If you get a chance, check this place out. It's not too crowded and perfect for a night out.

We drove an hour to try Grain and Ember. I was disappointed that the chef from the defunct Pizzeria Roberti no longer owns grain and ember as i had gone there just to eat his pizza. The grain and ember pizza was very good, it made in a wood burning oven,and i appreciated how the chef actually stood by the pizza and manipulated it so that it cooked evenly . I highly recomend this pizza!

I had the cauliflower veggie dish today, it was amazing. Can’t wait to get it again!!!
This was my second stop on my pizza crawl during the Covid 19 shutdown. They had an easy online ordering system. I went just with the base pizza and I really enjoyed it. you could taste the fresh ingredients. I look forward to trying the white pizza next time.
