I don't even do this you guys but this location has a very nasty second shift manager. My partner and I went to the location to get some sauce and a cup of ice, a guy greeted us with a welcome, gave us some sauce and then as he proceeded to give us the cup of ice, the manager came up real unprofessional like asking "what do we got going on" and said no since we aren't customers of hers. I would've understood charging us for the ice but denying service to a customer is disrespectful. I wouldn't dare spend my hard earned money at a location having terrible service.

I'm a truck driver, I arrived around 10 and the clerk told me something that I had to order through drive thru, no one answered, I went to the window and they didn't want to help me because I needed a car, I had to get a little upset because I explained to him that I would like him to put my truck there and then the manager with tremendous attitude

When did kfc tenders get so small and thin???? I really feel robbed for this one. I got a 5 piece tender meal for almost $14 and the 5 tenders I got equals 2 of the regular sized tenders they use to have. And then the guy said they shortly came up and when I got home they were hard and cold! I’m very disappointed in kfc I should have gone to Bojangles and got my monies worth!

I come here quite often. In fact, we used this facility for our Thanksgiving lunch. And I worked with the general manager which proved to be very Good with performance, the food came out on time. Our employees were quite happy.However, every time I come here for lunch. I order a 2 piece dark meat only with fries or mashed potatoes and a drink. every time I order a 2 piece meal. They hand me and charge me for a 3 piece meal. On this occasion, The cashier became argumentative and swore up-and-down I ordered a 3 piece meal. I have never ordered a 3 piece meal. I always order a 2 piecemeal. a 3 piece meal is too much for me to eat and I end up giving the piece away. I'm so sick and tired of getting a 3 piece meal when I order a 2 piece meal for the cashier's to be argumentative with me. All you have to do is fix the order to what I ordered, which is always going to be a 2 piece meal. Try to get it right. It's getting exhausting coming here. Which I always have to go elsewhere to Popeyes because they get it right, even though they're more expensive.

Got the chicken wraps asked for no cheese and no sauce on one but still received the wrap with sauce. The wraps were soggy as if it had been made for a while. The fries were cold and stale..ordered a large drink and they gave me a small.

Ordered through Uber Eats, as the new location on 46 doesn't do online orders quite yet. I got 2 snack wraps, and while I ordered the spicy Mac and cheese and spicy slaw wraps, I I didn't get the spicy slaw but instead got a honey bbq. The spicy Mac wrap was the same quality I understand that the two wrap special you guys run has those standard, but that's not what I ordered. And, if you don't have that product available, tell the driver to contact the customer, so we know what's going on.

Went into the restaurant at 9:40 to order and was told they didn't have any chicken as they were counting down the registers already I asked what time they close they said 11 but that they don't have ANY chicken I said okay and walked out pretty disappointing an hour and a half before close they don't have food as a chain fast food restaurant this is all I have to say smh kfc and employees
said they were out of chicken
