Went in today april 9th, 2024 @3:22pm.Order was 1 peperoni, 1 cheese, 2 litter and Crazy bread.Get home. Peperoni was cold pizza but eatable. The cheese pizza was hard as a rock! Went in garbage. Super old looking. Ive never ordered food and it look like its been sitting for a week! I tried calling, they dont answer the phone. Christuan c took my order.Waste of money and tip.

I should start off my I get my pizza there every week. I ordered the stuff crazy bread w pepperoni. When getting home I opened to find out was was t stuff crust and the pepperoni was burnt. The called the store inform them they didn’t make the pizza right , someone answered and want to know if I want to come get a new , then he just hangs up. So because you made the wrong pizza And want me to pick it up. Horrible service !!! Maybe my last time and left tip.

Today, I had the worst experience here. Yesterday, I ordered the crazy puffs for the first time, and they were terrific. I ordered and picked them up today, and they were awful. On my way home, I tried them, and they were super dry, no sauce at all (which was not the case yesterday). I tried calling the store several times to discuss this, but no one answered. So I turned around and went back to the store. My husband (a chef) took them back and said they were very dry and the manager said they aren't supposed to have sauce, to which my husband said yesterday they did. He insisted they aren't made with sauce. He didn't offer to remake them, nor did we want him to, his solution was to offer a small cup of pizza sauce.If these had been sold yesterday, dry and tasteless, we wouldn't have returned today. Due to the lack of compromise, admitting there should be sauce and a general lack of decent customer service, I will not purchase any food from here-even though we have a hungry teenaged boy that likes their pizza. Do better, and the manager needs training in customer service and is setting a bad example...where is the franchise owner?See photos of 1 box of puffs, one photo with a puff cut open and one with the sauce.

Super upset that for the 2nd time in a row I added sauces dip to my order and in both deliveries I didn't receive them. If the receipt is correct and it is, I was charged for every sauce dip I add, is 1.49 and added 6 in total. The driver didn't know anything about the sauce dip even if the receipt on top of the pizza box tells you what the order has, and of course no one can ever answer the phone when you call.
