The customer service aspect if this location is ridiculous! 5 cars in drive-through. No one inside. This is a fast food place, but I had to wait 15 minutes for food. Meanwhile, all of the drive-through is completely clear of cars. I only stopped here because my son wanted to grab a bite before work. Just seen previously reviews should have known better.

food was terrible. the rice had a funny taste similar to a nail salon and the orange chicken hardly tasted like anything! i usually love pei wei but this just wasn’t it. definitely never going back.

The food was horrible. I used to really enjoy there food. The Lo mein taste burnt and the bourbon chicken isn’t the same. The egg roll was so nasty. Not sure what was in it . It was mushy and foul tasting. I couldn’t eat it. One bite and that was it. I really wasted my money. Please bring back the quality and taste of food.
