It is A LOT faster to just go through the drive-thru. There really is no advantage to ordering online for pickup. Mobile order curbside will have you waiting in the car and mobile order counter is confusing. When you walk in, there are two places for mobile order. Your food is in neither of rhese places. It is behind the cashier, getting cold.Other than that, food is usually hot and people in the drive-thru are usually very nice.

ABSOLUTELY terrible customer service. The manager doesn't value his customers. I used the mobile order to order some food, mind you it was the combo deal on the mobile app. I ordered one sandwich but couldn't get it due to them not serving it after midnight, I then asked the manager can he swap it out for a different sandwich he said no he will have to cancel it and I would then have to place my order again. He then turns around and say if he doesn't print the receipt it will automatically cancel I asked how long will that take he said 24 hours. So you're telling me you lied?. This location has a manger with terrible customer service and honesty!!
