Well we came from GA to visit family and we decided to go here..there was 9 of us to went to eat and they couldn't and wouldn't push tables together the only 2 they could were seated already so not good for groups to go and expect to eat at same table..so we were say atc2 diff tables had to turn around to have any sort of convo. There was a drunk lady refusing to pay tab and had been there awhile from.what we heard she was playing pool and continously bothered us coming over talking and touching my 1 yr old. Our server did get manager to take care of that..but the food was awful. The only thing decent was the appetizers the spinach dip and mozzarella cheese sticks..the pretzel was hard as a rock and the cheese was watered down and cold. The zinger salad was jus that a salad but they didn't toss mine in sauce when I didn't say I wanted sauce on side and the chicken was not even warm and very tough. My sons (15 yr old) chicken sandwich had so much sauce it was soggy and so spicy from the ridiculous amount of sauce( and he loves and can handle hot) just a real disappointment. We use to frequent this place when we lived in fl 9 yrs ago..it's def a let down. Waste of money..we left hungry and had to stop and get kids other food. I won't go on about the rest of the food just know all 9 of us said we won't be back!

Food is usually very good. Of course like everywhere else, the portions are getting smaller and more expensive. Servers are usually very good. It's a bar environment so it will be noisy and you have no control over the language of others so if you have kids ask to sit on the non high top side. Additional Info, they calculate tip correctly on their receipts (not on tax) so yay for them, not many restaurants do that correctly.Kid-friendliness: Stay on the entrance side of the bar away from the pool tables and bar if you have kids and don't want them to hear "colorful" language.

Sports bar. Lots of Flat screens. Decent enough bar food, just like decent bar food everywhere. Wide selection of beers and drefts.

We had a party of 11, host was very rude, .More than Enough Space was available at High Top, Hostess said No, we then ask for separate booths, she just looked at us & said ummm, Manager would tell us the same thing. We never requested a manager. We finally left after her rudeness.Place a call to ask for manager, I announced my name, ask for hers, she said it is just Ale House. I ask to speak to manager, Scott, manager said he seated us, I said you could not have possibly seated us, we did not speak with you because we never ask for a manager, we just left after hostess rudeness, upon ignoring our party. He said sorry and stated he would speak with Hostess. Greetings is first impression of any business.Just rude customer service tonight, Saturday, April 6th, 2024, We frequent Ale House quite often will be awhile before we patronize again.

Ordered takeout from their website. Website was user friendly. I arrived early so had a drink at the bar. Bartender was friendly. She was attentive and taking care of a fairly busy bar for 11pm on a Sunday. The manager was present on the floor and walking about. The hostess/expo/to go associate was amazing. She was juggling a lot but did it with a smile and super efficiently. The order was ready right on time as promised on the app. Everything was packed nicely and securing. All sauces were included and abundant. The food was delicious. Always a huge fan of the Cajun Chicken Pasta. Maui sandwich hit the spot. The steamed potsticker quality and size was awesome. My dad thoroughly enjoyed the ossobuco meal. Captains Jacks pint was out of this world. This is still the best and only casual late night food option around the area. Nice job MAH. -MF

Waitress wasn’t rude but was not attentive I got two sprites and she refilled them with water. Our food was not good the flavor in the chicken was wrong and also was bad quality politely asked to be remade and they made us wait 20 mins for the food to just be preheated again. We cut one of the tender in half in the mountain melt and then received the same one cut in half just with more cheese n fries and the sauce still wrong. Out of the handful of time we have gone to millers this has been the worst experience so far also the manager is not very cool kinda just there but might be on some pills or something

We love Millers Ale house and this location is an absolute disgrace to their brand. Service was slow, food was edible but everything we ordered was dry, extremely dry. Took forever to get sides of sauce and management was rude as well. Employees used the buddy system to go outside I’m assuming to smoke. Absolutely horrible experience.

The food is okay when it is made correctly. However, it is rarely made fully correctly, including pick up, delivery, or dine in. It is as though the chefs and cooks only read the first 2 items on an order and miss the other however many very normal straightforward items.
