I come to the Sanford, Florida, Mr. and Mrs. Crab all the time I am a literal loyal customer, and today I won’t be anymore. I had a terrible experience with my order. I ordered the classic crab boil and the taste was off yet again this is not the first time I was not satisfied I called to speak with Brandon the manager, and I absolutely say he is the worst person to talk to you to be a manager and to work with customers you definitely lack compassion, personality, and overall communication I spend hundreds of dollars at this place and the best you can offer is the shrugged your shoulders and tell me I can only give you a 10% off what the hell is 10% off going to do as we continue the conversation he said well the sauce that they use is the sauce that they always use and it stay the same but as a customer I’m telling you I’m so not satisfied with the seasoning and you’re going to debate with me on how the seasoning has always been the same it doesn’t matter if the customer is not happy absolutely no customer service whatsoever. I advise you to get another job or get a personality

Hats off to Sanford's Mr. & Mrs. Crab ?? ?Our granddaughters set up a large family & friend Birthday event w/approx 40-50 people, incl out of town family. Our granddaughters eat at this restaurant often, but at least 10 of us had never been.THEY KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK...From the Bartender who had heard of the name of a specific "shot', but had never made one, looked at the ingredients, substituted 1 ingredient and was proud that it looked exactly like the picture and tasted good.Then to the waiters and waitresses who had wonderful smiles through crying babies, pregnant moms, you name, they raised through the occasion! Special thanks to Vernon...Mt. Vernon, you took the lead well?✔️? Happy Birthday x3...Yes, I would recommend Mr. & Mrs. Crab...Kid-friendliness: Absolutely ?Wheelchair accessibility: Yep
