It's hard to mess up soup but it was good, facility clean and good atmosphere. I got a big bowl of soup roughly 11$ and they filled it halfway....not happy about

Bathrooms in this location and Lake Mary are never clean. Sanford location is the worst. I have experienced this more than once. It is something that needs to be addressed.

Placed order online, drove from orange city ( 25 min drive) pulled into curbside followed instructions on sign to call for pick up (no answer but I see workers standing and talking from my car) then I try option 2 from the sign, to go to the website and select I'm here. 10 min of trying to find it I finally go inside, lady at the counter is confused about my order and asks me to check at a rapid pick up shelf, and asks the another lady if it's up there who replies "I don't know I can't read the bag from here !" who then replied "well you check the bags!" finally I just go look, find it, and leave. When I get home my wife is now yelling at me because the chicken cob salad (which is checked off on the receipt as checked by initial K. S.) Has no chicken...
The place is not even close at what it was when it first started.Prices are insane for a fast food place. Nothing is "GOOD."It is just an ok place.Recommend for business meetings only. As for now, in 2024. It may change in the future.
