The pizza was 'okay'. It's a chain. The service was barely acceptable. The young man that I spoke with was a bit abrupt and impatient. The 'atmosphere' is one of a pizza stand, there really isn't one.

Have you ever ordered online but from the wrong location? I did tonight on a rainy horrible day I had as well. Just wanted to give praise to Penny the GM I later found out for her excellent customer service on trying to help me even though it was MY fault. If I could give 10 stars I would. I mean this place has failed in the piece game. I will not come back to this papa John. Pizza was disgusting and it was a simple pepperoni. The crust had holes in It. Overall didn't like.

You folks over there cutting thin crust need to cut pizza correctly. You cut my pizza like is was for samples. Very disappointed square cut should be 3 cuts one way 3 cuts the other way total of 6 cuts. Not not 10 each way geeze!!!!

I understand not sending your delivery people with tons of cash but to send them with ONLY a $20 bill is crazy. My order is $52 and some change and its set for cash. Now it makes sence that your driver is about to break a few bill and will need change. My entire order had to go back because they could not complete the transaction.............
Happened to use this location because it is the closest one to me. Every time I place a mobile order through their website it says it's ready and I get to the store and I end up having to wait 20 minutes
