I love fried chicken, but Popeyes' quality just doesn't do it anymore. Their sides are terrible. I did like their new Chicken Sandwich when it was all the hype, but I'm totally over it now. I gave a low-star rating because service was sub-par too. Parking lot appeared to have a broken down car for the longest time and now this place is boarded down as if a hurricane came through.

3 employees got into a verbal fight and walked out in the middle of the day leaving just the manager and 2 cooks. Another young lady came in about 30 mins later and saved the day but I waited about an hour and a half from the time ordered until I actually got my food.

Terrible service. One of the employees profiled me in the parking lot, followed me into the store, and then sat in a chair and stared at me while I was at the counter. He did no work. Just sat and stared. Story gets worse! At the counter the two female employees smirk at each other as one puts chicken into a bucket, transfers it to another container, and does this over and over again to deliberately create an intentional delay of more than 12 minutes. All of the food was ready to go, so it is really sad that these employees have ZERO respect for customers or fellow human beings to make people wait. If you are a woman, I would recommend taking extra safety measures. I carried my Taser into the store based on being profiled in the parking lot.

Look we went in on a Sunday, in the morning. My husband and I came in smiling and asking how our cashier was doing? It changed the whole mood. Food was hot biscuits fresh. We were gooooood.

This Popeyes caught my eye when driving to another store in the area. I was craving the fries, so I ordered on my way home a spicy chicken sandwich meal and a small fry. There was only one truck in front of me. I sat at the pay window about 2 mins and was told to pull over because the chicken for my sandwich was still cooking. The trick in front of me was waiting also. As i sat in my truck waiting for my food, I saw the line begin to get longer. The truck in front of me finally received their food and left, but two more additional cars took its place. After waiting for about 15 mins for my food, I was no longer hungry because I was full of soda from my meal. The bad thing about my experience is that my fries were luke warm when I got them. After waiting for so long, I just wanted to get away from there. I recap this long story to say this, that particular Popeyes was moving slower than pond water, and half my food was not even fresh. I just moved to the area, and honesty , I on't think I would be giving them my money ever again.

I’d give this place a 0 if possible. The wait is outrageous. They accept online orders even if they’re not open so it makes people think that they’re making their food or their food can be picked up when no one is inside. Uber eats rides here are never there. They also close the dining area and don’t give any notice to go to the drive thru. They just hide inside the building and wait for you to leave. Don’t waste your time.

Popeyes is very proud of their chicken sandwich, and they should be. The only thing I can say bad is this particular restaurant can be slow at times and when the drive through is too long and you want to sneak in to order, no can do because they close the lobby quite often. I definitely don't blame the employees, they are always very kind and polite... They are just always under staffed. Biscuits are by far the best

Pulled up to the drive through. No one in line for lunch which now isn't surprising at this location. Have my family in the car so we had multiple orders. Started with the first oder and then went to the second order. That's where it went down hill. The person speaking though the drive through was extremely combative and came to the window to fight. I would stay away from this Popeyes. It is not family friendly at all

This Popeyes must either be shut down or on its way out. Went at 2:30 PM and the doors were locked. We saw 2 cars sitting in the Drive-thru so we got in line behind them. No-one from Popeyes ever appeared at the Drive Thru window or asked to take an order so we eventually left, as did the other vehicles that were waiting for no reason. If they are going to randomly close the entire place at least put up a sign for the customers. It was probably a good thing for us that they were shut down after looking around at the at the filthy windows, building, and trash in the parking the lot. I can't imagine it is very clean or organized on the inside. Also, reading through the numerus bad reviews for this location, I think it is very telling that a manager or an owner has not responded to a single one. Tells you a lot.

Haven't been to a Pop eyes in a minute! Decided to go and get chicken, a biscuit and mashed potatoes with gravy. It was hot, and just as expected plus it wasn't too bad on the price! I love this fried chicken!
