Took my family for a quick Valentine treat last night. The gentleman working was pleasant and got us our treats quickly. I was impressed by his friendliness and customer service as that seems to a super rare quality to find in any service industry anymore.

Custard was so creamy, however the two sundaes we ordered didn’t have hot fudge on them. Of course we didn’t notice until we arrived home. Totally bummer. Had 5 ice creams total. Also for an added sprinkle toppings there was a $1.29 charge, each! I understand and up charge but that is crazy! The plain sprinkles on vanilla cost more than the two sundaes that weren’t even made correctly. I won’t be back. Total disappointment.

The custard is so delicious!! I had a sundae and it was perfect. The guy who served us was so nice and smiling and happy to be there. I'm not sure why the rating is so low but I did not have any issues.

So upset! My first time coming here and there was hair in my ice cream. Like how does hair get in my cup. I'm so disgusted and nauseous I was just eating and I almost put it in my mouth ? omg I'm so mad I ate half of it.Oh forgot to add... Who is this guy at the window? Fire him please. Terrible Customer Service ?

It's a takeout location only. Walk up to window and place order and stand at the next window to pick up order. Some.small tables to sit at on sidewalk.portions are reasonable.

Rita's has lots of options from milkshakes, Italian ice, soft serve. You walk up to the window and order, there isn't an inside to this place. Very good though , refreshing on a hot day We ordered the cotton candy and the flavors are switched out so you always have something new to try

Out of lids for large cup and refuse to put milkshake in a smaller cup with a lid on it. So had to take an overfill insane

Hello again I posted a review from my other phone my name is Anthony Solomon previously I posted my experience with Rita's italian ice which was not a very good experience I am back now after speaking to the manager and he told me how very sorry hea and asked if I could come back and he will be very happy to rectify the bad experience I had well I'm back today and he was true to his word I tried the new coconut ice which he recommended and he even gave me vouchers for my next visit this is what I call professional service I will definitely be back thank you TJ it was very nice meeting you or your service

I could have give no stars I would but this is my first time I visited this place and the customer service was the worst I ordered a kids ice cream and a coconut ice and I took less than quarter of the spoon and the taste was gross I told the girl it was tasting horrible she said I will have to charge you for another one eight after that a woman who was in front of me ordered the same thing and she said it tasted funny they made her buy another one the girl said she's not in charge of the ice are you *****ing kidding ice is so hard to give someone I am calling my credit card company and I'll make sure all my friends who visited this place give you all a bad review

My husband and I had been to Rita’s on CR 46 before and really enjoyed their frozen custard, so we decided to go back. However, on this occasion the customer service was so bad we left. The individual working never acknowledged us or ever waited on us. The sales associate had their back to us the entire time - it was unbelievable. I have never seen a business establishment ever treat their customers like that in my life.

My family has only been here a couple times the same gentleman was there serving us ever time and he has always been such a delight. The area is always clean and there are little tables to sit at and eat. They have so many italin ice flavors and the custard flavors change all the time so we will definitely keep coming back!
