Service wasn't very pleasant. The woman working there had a very nasty attitude and refused to finish my order. The guy by the name of Tim was very pleasant and finished my order so I praise this guy's service the woman needs an attitude adjustment.

Extremely mad customer!!! Submitted a electronic subway order that was never received and after an hour it was voided. And employee did not know what she was doing. Had to call her several times!! Had to call their delivery partner Doordash, and they redirected us back to calling Subway restaurant in Sanford on Orlando Drive.. And girl said now we have to contact Subway manager in the morning about our refund! And we're so mad! Money and time and terrible customer service from both ends!!!

The employees here could not care less. Stood at the counter for a minute and a half waiting for one of the two girls behind the counter to acknowledge me. They were completely in their own world. Telephone was ringing and they didn't bother to answer. Never bothered to acknowledge me even after making eye contact. I decided to go somewhere else. I won't be coming back to this subway.

The sandwiches here are delicious, I love how there are multiple choices for your breads for your sandwiches, and more flexible customizations, the only flaw that this restaurant has is that sometimes employees come to work sick and we don’t notice it, but overall it’s a really great place to eat.
