I requested my sandwich to not be toasted and to come with light sauce on my meatball marinara. When I pick up food and get home, sandwich is toasted, well…burned is more like it, and swimming in marinara sauce; so much so that it’s dripping out of the sandwich. When I attempt to contact the store 19 times no one answers finally someone picks up and when I ask for customer service or corporate telephone number I’m hung up on. When I go to the store, “ sandwich artist” Seems to be unwilling to assist in giving me a number and has an overall bad attitude about the whole situation because she just came on. When I continue to ask for telephone number or to call her manager, she becomes rude and disrespectful. Not once was an offer, made to remake my food!

I’ve ordered delivery and pick up many times from this place and every time they mess up, EVERY TIME THEY MESS UP! I always get the wrong toppings and bread and it makes me furious of how hard it is to get an order right, never ordering here again. This place messed up, I wanted salt and pepper on my sub and I got olives on my sub, shame. I ordered a simple bread and it’s always the wrong one, always wrong toppings sometimes they’ll put onions when I asked for none. I’m sick of it.

The worst experience EVER. Ordered food 30 min before pickup. Had to wait in line and food still not ready after 50 minutes. Server did not change gloves after touching money and cash register. I asked for a refund and was directed to contact the manager the next day. The Manager Madison was the worst. She lied to me about everything and I still didn't get a refund. I asked for corporate's number and she gave me a bogus number so I would just go away. I am leaving this review so the franchise owner can see it and have a talk with Madison (the manager) and Cliff, the server who was cross-contaminating the food. If you value your health, this is NOT the Subway to go to.
