I'm fortunate to have such an awesome set of employees working at this taco be since it is so close to my home. The whole staff is great and sweet, A lot of fun too. Wish I had more time during lunch to come in more often, we usually hit the drive thru. Love this location. Food is hot and fresh and done right.

Employee sitting in the back of this place on her phone and sat there asking if we were ready to order. When we told her that we wanted beans instead of beef, she became rude. Very rude people at this location. Also, they has half the lights off probably to avoid having guests see their filthy establishment. Stay away. The Gyro place a few steps away is great!!!

First if this is the Taco Bell location at the Seminole Sanford Mall it is still open! Fake news! While walking around the mall I went to the Food Court and saw a familiar place, Taco Bell among the closed restaurants. Taco Bell has always been my go to place when I can't decide where to go. I ordered a #3 Combo, which consists of a Taco Supreme and a Burrito Supreme and a Dr. Pepper. There were two ladies working one taking the order and one making the order. Service was great and quick, food was great and tasted good. All the flavored sauces were available on the counter. Prices where higher due to Biden's inflation but still under $10.00. The Food Court was clean and there was a lady cleaning the tables and floors while I was enjoying my food. The only sad part was seeing what was once a Beautiful Mall now looking empty with customers and many of the stores gone due to Covid and the internet. Hopefully it will rebound someday.

Absolutely awful. Waited 20 minutes and they close at 11:00pm but stopped taking orders at 10:45. Overall I just wanted a beefy melt burrito and nacho fries but they couldn't make it happen. #lazy

The food taste just the same as any other Taco Bell but the customer service is LACKING. There is only two workers today and no one in line. As I walked up 1 worker was sitting on his phone while the other was talking to a friend. No one greeted me or my boyfriend. And we just had to wait until one of them decided to take a customer. One worker says "yes we're open" then just walks away. Once we got our food it was also cold so... not impressed.

Worse customer service ever. My 16 year old daughter had eye appointment. She was taken to a small room and asked to remove her contacts. She was then instructed to have a seat in the lobby. Approximately 20 minutes later the doctor called her name. I got up to go with her and the doctor said there was no need. My daughter came out about 3 minutes later. I was surprised at how quickly she returned. Said her eyes had just been dilated. About 30 minutes later she was called by doctor again and once again came back out in 3-4 minutes. How do you do an eye exam that quickly? The receptionist sat down with us and asked if we wanted 6 months or 1 year worth of contacts at $120 for 6 months. She then said insurance paid up to $75 for glasses so my daughter went to pick out frames. She came back with a pair that was $40 over budget but I agreed to pay difference. The receptionist then rang up for the glasses and told me it was $105. I asked how did glasses go from $40 to $105? She said $40 for glasses, $5 co-pay and $60 for contact fitting. I told her no one told me there was a fee for fitting and no where was there a sign requiring this not even on the paperwork I filled out for the appointment. The receptionist went and talked to doctor and came back and said I had to pay it. I told her I wasn't paying for something I didn't know about. I was then told I should have gone in the room with my daughter. I said I was told by the doctor that she did not need me in there. My daughter also agreed that she was not told of this fee either. At this point I got up and walked out of the store. I just recently had my eyes examined and contacts fitted at another facility. I did not pay an extra fee and the doctors spent a good 20 minutes doing an eye exam on me. This place is a rip off and I have reported them to the insurance company and I will tell everyone I know not to EVER go there.

Says they open at 11 but when lunch time came around (12:30) they are still closed. Asked the lady behind the counter and she said she had no idea what time they would be open. Crazy to believe they would just turn away all those people. Almost 1 and still turning away people just the short time for lunch we counted almost 30 people turned away.
