Tim and Eds’ Park Dive is the local place! Clean and friendly, “dive” is definitely tongue in cheek. Small without being cramped, you are immediately welcomed in like a friend and neighbor. There is a well-tended outside area with plenty of seating and occasional events. Prices are great but eat before you get here ‘cause there is no food. Was hanging out with a few neighbors and the night turned into a bit of an impromptu dive bar tour around Sanford. We ended up making a visit to Ed and Tim's spot which I actually wouldn't call a dive bar....it's too nice. They have done a great job with this spot including an 1100sq ft outdoor deck. Cute bar .. and anyone who thinks it's just a dive bar and doesn't want to stop by to check it out .. you are mistaken .. I call it Ed's man cave .. lol.. it's a clean sporty hangout .. FYI just because you see the Chicago Bears in the pics it doesn't mean I am cheering for the them.. it's literally everywhere in here .. smh .. GO PATS !!!
