Most horrible booths in all of restaurants. The booths where one sits to eat must be specifically designed for poor ergonomics. Most uncomfortable seating of ANY restaurant I've ever patronized.

Everytime I go there they mess up my order everytime literally I strongly dislike Wendy’s I don’t understand why they just can’t make or prepare a meal right as they see it on the screen.

Either the store messed up or the doordash driver ate the food. Ordered 4 meals for a friend who had surgery. Order shows up missing 2 kids meals and all but 1 drink.

Ordered the biscuit and sausage gravy. There was barely any gravy on the biscuit. When I showed the woman at the drive thru she said, “There’s gravy on there it’s just white so you can’t see it”
Came here to pick up an order from inside, it’s 9:37pm on Thursday night and it says on the door that the inside closes at 10pm. Now I have to wait in line in the drive-thru, ugh!!!! This is no different from McDonald’s!!! And then they tell you to pull up to wait is even worst, just leave the inside open until the actual closing time. It’s more than enough workers in there to continue to run the front!

Usually fast but tonight very slow because they just keep talking and doing it slow, not many customers, had to wait 15 minutes. Terrible

The child that took my order could not have been more rude after everything I said she said is that it ….no customer service at alllllll … and it really just disturbing how nasty her attitude was from rolling hers eyes making nasty faces to slamming her head set … then laughing with other employees off the clock …. Then while there’s a line of cars all 3 of them come outside while I’m still at the window waiting on my order.
