For years, we have ordered our wings from the same place… Tonight they were not able to deliver. We reluctantly ordered our wings from here. This is our new go to wing delivery. Their wings were so tasty, hot, juicy crispy skins and just overall delicious. The celery and carrots were crispy and cold. The dipping sauces were absolutely delicious. The wings were so hot still when they arrived it was shocking. Couldn’t be happier with this, and so happy our longtime place couldn’t deliver because their stuff had been going down the tubes.

Came in there to pick up an order, and was thoroughly shocked that the cooks had no gloves on, and were touching people's raw food! I was thoroughly disgusted!???? Because I worked in the restaurant industry for many years and never did one of our cooks not wear gloves or ever touch somebody's raw food. I literally watched the tall African American gentleman grab a handful of raw food with both hands and then throw it into the fryer. Gloves should be mandatory in every restaurant. That's why so many people are getting sick across the US and abroad is because no sanitation methods are being used properly. I would never eat at a restaurant where gloves are not being used. The food I picked up was literally given to someone else once I saw that

We waited for 45 minutes for our wings. There was so much grease in the container it was disgusting and the Frys were cold and soggy. The music in the lobby was so loud we couldn’t talk to each other or hear the cashier. Terrible will not go back to this location!

Took 20 minutes to get our drinks then our server Maddie spilled my drink all over me and my boyfriend, then proceeded to get an attitude and raise her voice at me when I voiced my feelings to her. Told the manager and after I walked out, he told her "Don't worry about it." not realizing that the rest of my party of 7 was still in the restaurant .

First off I want to say how nice of a store this location is. Everybody is so polite the store is very clean. Food made fresh and fast. Michael is such a great manager and very professional.
