It's Pizza Hut so the rating is based on the level of expectations. Pizza Hut isn't the greatest out there, but compared to other chain pizzerias it's at the same level IMO. Give this 4 stars because they have a Detroit style Pizza and the didnt put the cheese all the way against the pan to caramelize the cheese in the pan. Wish if they were going to say Detroit style they would actually make it right. But flavor wise the pizza was good.

Good food. We got a hand tossed pie and an original pie. One of the crusts were seasoned with the hut speciality- garlic and cheese- and it was totally worth it. Carry out special for $8.99 for a large pie was a good deal. But when I walked in to get my food I was ignored by the lady and had to loudly tell her I was here to pick up my food so she would do something instead of avoid eye contact.

If I could give the location in Sanford Florida a zero star I would Susanna from the Pizza Hut location in Sanford store 26509 was soo rude, I had to argue over the phone for over an hour for a refund. Susanna told me I could get my money back I need to call the store in the morning to get a refund excuse me ???? It took this store over an house to deliver to my house which I love right up the street and when I was asking for my money back she was rude. I homely don't know what's up with pizza lately and hiring rude people but to save yourself a time I won't recommend ordering From this location at all if you don't want to be treated with respect

My group recently had a Christmas party here at Pizza Hut. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and went above and beyond to take care of our group. The cookie dessert is delicious. I tried the thin crust cheese pizza and it was pretty good. The facility appeared very clean, decorated nice, and had such a welcoming feeling. The prices were very reasonable for the amount of food. Overall happy with the service and quality of the food we had.

Ordered a sandwich that came with chips. After they brought it out She said they were out of chips and she said the manager won't let her substitute the fries for free so I would have to pay the $2 surcharge for them if I wanted a side. Full charge, no price reduction for no side. NEVER RETURNING.
