Update: The Owner responded back immediately and was amazing. i truly appreciate that. Makes all the difference when Simone responds back appropriately. We purchased 5 ice creams there tonight. one of them had a hair in it. The kids went to take just that one back, and the women working were the rudest people I've ever encounted.
