I am an ex-chef of 20 years and have also dined at Michelin star restaurants. This dinner was on par with those dining experiences. The elevation of simple ingredients and hitting the flavor profiles was fantastic. Definitely in the top 5 dining experiences I’ve had. Great experience all around.
Great chef driven menu, casual and super friendly service, ok wine. I had the top wine pairing and I thought it underwhelmed for the price. I'd love to see them showcase what the flight pairing selections are upfront so that I can make a more informed decision next time. That said, the food was delicious! will be back.
