Corn was cold, potatoes super hot, shrimp was fresh and good. So some places can be improve.

Called a week early to reserve live crawfish because I knew it was Easter weekend and wanted to get ahead of the rush. Was told it was too early and I need to call back in 3-4 days that it wouldn't be a problem and they would be able to get what we need. Did exactly what we were told and when we tried to reserve today they said they were sold out. Pretty poor customer service!

If i could leave a zero star, i would. We went in asked for sashimi grade fish, they did not say anything. Bought and brought it back..(bought snapper and flounder) The fillet condition was horrible, all ripped teared Im not sure how they are expecting us to eat it in right condition. We called asking if they really are sashimi grade, The lady who answered the call was very rude We went back for return, and it was the worst customer service we've ever had The whole family came out literally yelling at our face about how we did not mention about sashimi grade fish in the first place, the fish was brought in this morning (and it smelled reeking) Telling us that flounder and snapper are never eaten fresh, it has to be cooked (Obviously they have never been to sushi restaurants) And the condition of filet, telling us it is a delicate fish that the fish would crumble apart if it is filleted. Well, im not sure how other people would filet so nicely at restaurants. Most importantly, yes we can just take it back and be whatever about it. However the rudeness of these people were the hardest part to take in. I would recommend going to different market place.

We purchased shrimp and tuna dip. We ask that the shrimp be steamed and we had choices with the seasoning we wanted. The shrimp were fresh and delicious. Tuna dip was also excellent. They have other fresh fish to choose from, this visit we passed on the fish. We will return to Shrimpers and get some grouper.

Just bought 3lb of Gulf shrimp which wasn’t caught in Gulf of Mexico ! Worst shrimp we had ever eaten! Wouldn’t recommend! Haven’t tried our gumbo yet
