Shunk Gulley is definitely one of my favorite local places to eat all year round. The food and the service are always very good and consistent. The management staff is also amazing and helpful. Highly recommend eating there. Everything is great but some of my favorites are the oysters, both the raw and the Meyer Lemon, garlic, and parmesan steamed ones, as well as the Tuna Poke, Calamari, the Sweet Tea Chicken Fingers (truly the best chicken fingers), and their grilled fish specials....read full review
Restaurant was very busy but we were able to snag 2 seats at the bar. Initial impression was it's a very vibrant open-air busy restaurant. Andrew (bartender) was very busy but was multi-tasking with ease and encouraged us to eat at the bar (great suggestion) which we did. My family and I decided to have lunch here because we heard this restaurant had a good selection of entrees and oysters and boy were we blown away by the service, ambiance, and food! Carlton was an excellent server that gave the best recommendations and the seafood was so fresh and tasty we can’t wait to come back again the next time we’re craving good seafood. 10/10 recommend ??
