If you are wanting to stay in Watercolor and have all of its amenities, but don't need a big house this is a wonderful option! The staff are friendly and attentive, the amenities are wonderful, and the rooms are clean and spacious.
I just feel like it’s not worth the price point. The beach club is not exclusive to only resort members. The lazy River is not on resort property, you have to drive there. It’s just not the resort experience I was looking for. No towels down at the beach. Our room didn’t get cleaned the second day. Turndown service just never showed up when we told the day cleaning that we’d wait for turndown. She made a note and we made sure to be out of the room and got skipped entirely....read full review
