Worst experience ever! Manager Wallus was the most unprofessional individual I have ever met! I showed up at 1105 for food and they close at 12! He informed me I wouldn’t be able to eat and get any service from them because there kitchen closed at 1130! When there open to 12 o’clock lol Not only did he aggressively let me know his restaurant is different than all Applebees and only go off of what he says, he actively wanted to engaged in physical violence with me to uphold his ground that he was right and could control restaurant hours? This restaurant doesn’t want to work or have employees that want to do their job! Born and raised in Sarasota and have never seen the this treatment ever before in my life.

VANESSA G. the G should stand for great! We felt welcomed as soon as we walked in! Got a table and did a great job keeping the positive energy and actively listened & responded being attentive and proactive. Whether that was questions about the menu, making sure if we needed refills, any extra sides, & checking in on us while still maintaining a pleasant atmosphere! She did a wonderful job of both work ethic and provided a great experience! The food was great! Great server & I’m sure that will only to continue to reflect great things for her & for the location! It’s the little things that make such a positive impact and create a better overall experience, it goes a long way. We appreciate it, thank you!
