I took my nephew on a date to this incredible restaurant. We loved the atmosphere and all the lights. The food was the best I’ve had in Sarasota so far. The beef carpaccio was for sure the best I’ve ever had. I have been coming to the area for the last 22 years and I will definitely be back to this incredible restaurant.

This is a noisy restaurant so watch where you sit. The food was great - best burger I have had in a while. We have dined three times and everything on the menu is good. Deserts look good and tasted great.Parking: Tight parking spaces. Opt for the street so you don’t get door dinks.

Cocktail list is sub par… by a lot. Food is average. Not an expensive place at all but the quality is just not there. Place was full and busy.. but needs a new beverage director and new menu if they really want to be what they portray.

The food was great, but the experience could use some important. We had reservations for 8:30, and were unaware they closed at 9. As 9:15 rolled around they started stacking chairs on all of the tables. There were 3 other tables full of people too. It felt like they were trying to rush everyone to leave. We finished our meal quickly and left by 9:30.

I was staying in Sarasota with my fiancée and his family and by day two we had gotten tired of the dockside fried bar food so we found this spot - AMAZING. We were probably the last reservation of the night on a Saturday but the service was still great (I think Canyon was our server!) and the food was 1000/10. The options were so good it was hard to choose but everyone in our party of 6 got something different and it was all so delicious! Really good cocktails as well.
This is one of the best find dining experiences in the Sarasota area. A great menu, outstanding craft cocktails and a great selection of reasonably priced wines by the glass.

Awesome the artisan pizza, was perfection! carpaccio with arugula was delicious. all four of us ordered short ribs with fettuccine, OMG we will definitely be back! Flourless chocolate square Yum & the creme brûlée delicious!

Great food with a wide variety of foods and prices. Specialty drinks are very very good! I love coming to Baker & Wife. My partner and I love sitting at the bar and watching the mixologists create yummy concoctions, and watching the chefs create pizzas and focaccia in the wood fired oven. Very entertaining!
