A must go to whenever I am in town. Mules, medallions and flat bread are great. Nice patio / bar for eating outside.

We are big fans of Brio. Yesterday wasn't our best experience. We had 4:30 reservations. We ordered our food about 4:45. We didn't get our food till almost 5:30! The restaurant was practically empty. The excuse was that they had to make more of the crunchy potato strings that went on top of our salmon salad. Our server didn't say anything about it to us until the food finally came out. We seriously thought they forgot about us.

The food was just ok, our waitress never came back to ask us if we wanted more drinks. We were all out of water and drinks for most of our meal. It's loud so it's hard to have conversations.

Food came extremely fast & hot! Calamari was good but very small portion for $20. Our pasta dishes had alot of flavor. Waitress wasn't the greatest. She never refilled our drinks nor checked on us after we got our food. Overall, we will definitely return.

The food was delicious. Service was not as good as we had before. We received our dinners, and our salad never came. When the waitress first came to the table, she asked, what would you like to drink besides water. At that point, we just wanted water, and we thought that was a bizarre request. It was almost like we had to get something to drink besides water. They packaged up the salad and didn't charge us, but we still would have liked it first. It also took multiple requests to get water.

It was a busy night a Brio on Feb 29. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Our server, Jack, provided excellent service and took care of our needs. He was very professional and friendly. Our food was very good, as I expect from Brio.

Very nice atmosphere, great service & food was good (not great). Main complaint is that it was so noisy. Sound buffering things should be placed. With the high ceilings & large open space, noise (talking, food prep, etc) carries easily. Will not return because of the noise.

I never like to say anything negative, and especially since I do enjoy Brio's. However, the last 2x's I was there, I had to send my salmon back to be cooked. I would ask the waiter to have it cooked well done and both times it has been raw ~ it's disappointing. The gentleman Steve is very nice and wants to make all customers happy. I appreciate that!!
