The food was fine but he service was awful. Today cam in at lunch at 1240pm. One other person was in the restaurant eating. The staff at the front register never greeted us, in-fact the front end person looked at us and proceeded into the back for a couple of minutes. She then came out, still no greeting. The woman turned her back to us and whipped out her phone to surf. We were finally acknowledged when the kitchen worker said something to her. Was not just us she did it to everyone who came in after us.

This was my first experience with BurgerFi and will most likely be my last. We should've known before we even ordered this place was going to be a mess. To start while we were waiting to place our order two employees were arguing with each other over another order that was made incorrectly. An older male employee told Madison the cashier to drop the issue and take our order to which she declined and continued to argue. Another employee finally came and took our order after we were standing there for a few minutes. After waiting for 30 minutes and not receiving our food I approached the counter and inquired about the wait to which I was told ours was next. We ordered at 5:15p and received our food at 5:50p. For a quick service restaurant this is subpar. When our food was finally delivered there was no apology or even an attempt at a service recovery. To make matters worse my burger was awful. The bun was dry, there's was almost no tomato-bacon jam, and it had some random jalapeños on it. Our fries, although plentiful, were luke warm. My husband said his burger was ok but it definitely looked better than mine. I would've asked for it to be remade but I didn't want to risk waiting another 30 minutes. The bathrooms were disgusting and looked like they hadn't been tended to since the store opened. I also watched as the young lady who I assume was Madison (per our receipt) stood in the corner by the bathrooms and was texting on her phone when she was supposed to be sanitizing the tables. Like I said, I won't ever come back. It's a shame too because the custard looked delicious.

I used to love this place. The food was amazing, and the place was nice and clean. But my last visit changed that. It was very crowded. My group ordered 2 burgers, a cheese fries, and a coffee. And the sweet ice tea machine was empty :( . After 30 minutes, unusually, our food had not come. We went to the mall for a bit and came back, it was an hour now. Our food still hadn’t arrived, but everyone else was eating. Finally, after 30 min, our food arrived, without the coffee. And my cheese fries didn’t come with the cheese. My burger was also wrong. I ordered a plain cheeseburger, but I got a burger full of lettuce and tomato. No big deal. I removed it. But there was this strange pink sauce instead of ketchup. Was gross. I have 2 stars because I still have hope. I waited One hour and 30 minutes just for that. Do better next time, burgerfi. You were my favorite restaurant. Not only was the burger fantastic. The people were just as special. Especially, Angela, who was seemingly everywhere. At the register, in the kitchen and on the floor checking in with the customers. Having worked in customer service for the past 39 years, I was amazed with her enthusiasm and positivity. I will return for the great burger and positive energy!!!

My husband, 2 year-old daughter and I all had an amazing experience at the UTC BurgerFi location this evening! This has been our go-to location for years, but tonight stood out in the best ways possible. Everything from the fresh and delicious food, to the clean atmosphere and overall incredible service was seamless and well-received. Specifically, the outstanding service from Brendan and Gene was remarkable. Brendan is a polite young man who went well out of his way to make sure our order was perfect, our needs were met and that we were catered to the entire time. He was the best! Gene, who we believe to be the manager, is running a great team there. Gene was incredibly thoughtful, upbeat and genuine. He kindly offered our 2 year-old a complimentary custard. Talk about a lasting impression! We would give our dining experience well over 5 stars if we could. Thank you again, Brendan and Gene! We will see you soon.

I came in with my daughter's for early dinner. Our cashier was Angela she was so nice very knowledgeable of the menu and what the restaurant offers. The food came right away and our food is so good just the way we order it. We most definitely come back here again.

This was our second trip to BurgerFi and we really like it. In terms of a quick service hamburger chain, it's right up there. We are big fans of Culver's and would put this on the same page as them.Hamburgers are tasty and juicy, buns are nicely toasted. French fries could be a little toastier unless soggy. Onion rings are massive and crunchy. The fancy Coke machine lets you pick something like 100 different beverage choices. I think drinks always taste funny coming out of those machines, but you can always hear excitement as people choose their beverage or mix a custom one. I did not get the chance to try a custard or shake, but the lady at the table next to us had one and it looked awfully good. Maybe next time.There are a lot of places to eat near UTC, but BurgerFi is easy and quick and reasonably priced. A good place to stop for a quick bite in the midst of shopping.

Angela was great! You never know when you visit a new restaurant what to expect but Angela was very helpful and kind. She made the fast-casual dining experience feel more like a sit down one. We had the SWAG (definitely recommend if you are in the mood for something filling but on the heavy side) and the double (classically delicious). All in all we would come again.
