I walked in on a busy Wednesday evening at 7:30 without a reservation and the owner took care of seating and sat 7 of us within 10 minutes. They were friendly and accommodating. For that reason alone, I will frequent this beautiful restaurant. It was clean, inviting and the staff was efficient. Food was good too. I recommend this restaurant.

Great service (waiter Leo). Food was off the scale delicious. 5 stars for the mouth watering appetizer, Polenta Valdosta (a creamy, cheesey, corn meal that is fluffy yet dense) the Sea Bass was so soft & flaky, you can eat with a spoon. Deliciously served over diced vegetables, potatoes with interestingly tasty oversized baked capers.

We have been going to Cassariano since they were the UTC mall. our favorite dishes especially the eggplant Parmesan made by the owners mother at the time were always consistent and delicious. Unfortunately this evening we went to the location At Lakewood Ranch. The eggplant parmesan this evening was flavorless the eggplant was over saturated with olive oil and that’s all you could taste and the sauce was lacking seasoning , very different from what we used to expect. Here’s hoping they go back to the old recipe.

We have frequented Cassariano's in past years. It has always been "top of the line" for service and food quality. This year is different. The service was poor with an excessive wait time for the food to come out of the kitchen. In, fact, at least three other tables that arrived after we did were served prior to us. The salmon was well overcooked and the quantity of seafood in the Pesce was reduced. We will return as the past quality of the restaurant deserves a second chance.
Great place that we frequently visit. Food is excellent and service might even be better. It's an upscale family oriented vibe there . I don't mean that lots of kids are there as that is rare.. It's more like going to a large gathering with members of your family - that you like :-). We usually sit inside but they have a large outdoor seating area that is popular and almost doubles the number of people they can accommodate. Great overall value!

We had Andrea as our server and she was excellent! She remembered the red wine I liked the last time I was there even though I couldn't recall it. She's a sweet gal and very attentive.
